STUART CONSULTING GROUP - Key Persons

Frank M. Stuart, Sr. founded Stuart Consulting Group, Inc. in 2003 and was the President and Managing Principal of the company for fifteen years. He had extensive experience in the design and management of transportation projects. He worked on projects involving ports, highways, bridges, rail facilities, intersection improvements, site development, and airports throughout the United States. He earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Louisiana Tech University in Civil Engineering and was awarded a Master's of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He was also a member of numerous professional engineering and social organizations including the Krewe of Bacchus, and remained an avid LSU Tiger fan all his life.
