Chris Thompson was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Pullman, Washington. He began his legal career in Los Angeles, California. Having a strong desire to return to the Pacific Northwest, Chris managed a family retail business for several years in Portland, before returning to law full-time in 1989.
Chris is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education Courses for attorneys and paralegals. Mr. Thompson's legal practice is focused on business relationships and organizations, probate, trusts and estates, and estate and gift tax planning.
Chris is married with three grown children and four grandchildren.

Columbine's legal practice focuses on simple and complex estate planning, business succession planning, trust administration, estate planning for a non-citizen spouse, planning for incapacity, business formation, charitable gifting, irrevocable life insurance trusts, annual gifting, special needs trusts, gun trusts, federal gift tax returns, and federal and state estate tax returns.
Columbine grew up in the mountains of Colorado. Before pursuing a career in the law, she enjoyed a successful career in fine dining restaurant management and as a master mixologist. In 2010, she was an Oregon Bounty Chef where she was able to combine her love of the wilderness with her love of flavors by foraging the Oregon Trail for ingredients worthy of honoring Oregon's grand history and natural bounty.

John Larson concentrates his practice in Estate Planning, with more than twenty five years of experience serving clients in Oregon and Washington. Mr. Larson has served as a volunteer leader for the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah Bar Association, as well as serving as volunteer counsel for various pro bono clients.
John Larson is a graduate of the University of Oregon (B.S. 1986) and Willamette University College of Law (J.D. 1990) and is certified in Dispute Resolution. He was an attorney/partner with a regional law firm from 1992 to 2002. He formed his own law firm in 2002. He has been a frequent speaker on Estate Planning and Elder Law topics.
Mr. Larson is a retired United States Navy Commander. He served in Operations Desert Storm/Shield, Noble Eagle, and Enduring Freedom. He ended his naval service as Commanding Officer, United States Pacific Command DET 701, located at Camp Smith, HI.

Kirsten grew up in Tigard, OR and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Oregon in 2011. She has worked in fields such as human resources, special education, and property management. Kirsten went back to the University of Oregon to pursue her law degree, which she earned in May 2021. While in law school, she clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice Child Advocacy Section. She joined The Larson Law Firm, P.C., after being admitted to the Oregon State Bar Association in October 2021. Kirsten's hobbies include running, spending time with her family, and exploring the Oregon outdoors.
