Cheryl S. Colston

Cheryl's career began in the mortgage industry where her love for helping people with their real estate needs evolved from processing their loans. During that time Cheryl worked with Whitney-Wallace and was impressed with their attention to detail as well as their total commitment to their clients. When Cheryl left the mortgage industry Diana asked if she would consider being her personal assistant. That was over 13 years ago during which time Cheryl earned her Real Estate license so she could better assist Whitney-Wallace and their clients. Cheryl once said, "I am proud to be a member of a company where honesty and integrity are paramount, where each and every buyer and seller are treated as if they are the most important client we have."

Diana L. Whitney

Diana was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where her family has resided on the same farm for five generations. She attended college at 16 years of age after graduating with honors. In the summers she managed Jewelry stores in Ocean City, MD and after college began a career in fine jewelry store management in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. In 1986 she got her first real estate license and got married. Shortly after her first child was born in 1987 and she decided to return to the Eastern Shore of Maryland to raise her family. Diana began her real estate career in Ocean City, MD where she sold numerous condos by working up detailed investment scenarios for her clients. In her first year she received the "rookie of the year" award and never looked back. In 1991 she opened her first brokerage in Salisbury, MD and began focusing on the sale of primary residences along with investment real estate. She began working with Mobile Home Park, RV Park, and Self-Storage business sales a few years ago and really enjoys this part of the real estate market. Diana also found a niche working with shorts sales, foreclosures, bankruptcy clients, first time home buyers, and many other people that were underrepresented. Diana has a big heart and loves to help people with her unique skill set and is one way she "gives back." Honest, intelligent, dedicated, and detail oriented are words used to describe our Broker of Record.

George Pierson

George has degrees in Education for Industry and in Technology Education and has retired from a career in teaching Industrial Arts. After college he was a medic in the Army National Guard for six years where he served his country honorably. George has purchased, renovated, and sold many properties over the years and is an expert craftsman and businessman. His knowledge and experience in construction and real estate are invaluable to his clients. George has worked in resort real estate sales, time share sales, mobile home sales and rentals, and mobile home park management. George works with Whitney-Wallace as an associate broker where he offers his clients a great sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Malinda Davis

Malinda began her career as a mobility relocation professional with a large national company. There she assisted families with the sale of their home, transportation of their goods to the new location, and the purchase of a home in their new community. In 2012 she decided to get her real estate license and join the professionals she had worked closely with over several years. Her goal of assisting those in their community with the sale/purchase of their new home remain constant. Malinda's pledge is to provide excellent customer service to each and every one of her clients. She is an active listener and takes the time to really focus on her clients wants and needs. With over 25 years combined experience with relocation and real estate sales, Malinda is a dedicated professional who understands the industry.

Paul Whitney

Paul Whitney (PJ) joined the Whitney-Wallace Real Estate team in October 2020. In 2021, his first full year as a Realtor, he was involved in over 22 Million Dollars' worth of real estate transactions from listing and selling a $45,000 trailer in Lower Fairmount, MD to a $6.275 Million Dollar Self-Storage Facility in York, PA. Paul is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and is extremely knowledgeable in both Commercial and Residential real estate. Paul's entire life has revolved around real estate. His mother Diana, the broker of Whitney-Wallace, has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. At a young age, Paul was involved in rental and property management, construction, warehousing and distribution. His experience in the field has taught him how to research, analyze, and interpret data to better suit the needs of his clients whether it be creating a listing price that represents the value of the property or an offering price for the purchase of a new investment. Paul has proved himself to be a valuable asset to the Whitney-Wallace team by putting his client's needs first and working diligently to close every deal. We have a saying around here that you "Better Call Paul."

Robert Baer

The Eastern Shore of Maryland is a great place to live and work, which is why Robert chose to call it home. Real estate is a passion for Robert, and with his background in Law enforcement and a successful military career, it is easy to see why many families called Robert for help buying and selling. With over 30 years experience managing his own rental properties, many Investors have trusted him to increase their own portfolios.
