Amelia DeBona

After raising 4 kids as a solo, stay-at-home mom, Amelia began her legal career in 2016 as a Legal Assistant with Jansen & DeBona. In 2017, Amelia joined the Wacks Law Group as a paralegal in our Trusts & Estates and Real Estate departments. Amelia assists in all types of estate planning, estate administration and real estate matters. When not working, Amelia can be found playing chauffeur to her beloved children, traveling with family, reading, and spending time with friends. She lives in Morris County with her children and 3 dogs.

Diane M. Weber

Diane was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1996. Diane is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Before attending law school, Diane worked in the Banking industry for twelve years. She was assistant vice president in international banking and a manager of the trade service area for a major commercial bank in New Jersey. Diane concentrates her practice in Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Real Estate Closings, Real Estate Transactions and Leases. Diane has handled hundreds of real estate closings, both commercial and residential and refinancing for the clients of the Wacks Law Group.. Our clients praise Diane for her kindness and personal attention to all details of their affairs. With a background in the administrative side of banking, she assists our clients in navigating the world of financing with ease. Diane has personally handled the administration of more than 100 estates and trusts. She serves as an advisor to the beneficiaries of estates and assists them through emotionally challenging times. Diane has facilitated the sale of several of our clients' businesses. She negotiates and prepares leases for our clients who are engaged in a wide range of businesses including restaurants and medical practices. Diane is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Paula J. DeBona

Paula was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1984. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Paula received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971 and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984. While in law school, she served on the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law. Her areas of practice include estate planning, estate administration, real estate and elder law. She has developed comprehensive estate plans for over 1000 clients and has experience in guardianship proceedings, probate litigation and adult adoptions. Her clients appreciate her calm and approachable manner. Prior to joining the firm, her practice also included the representation of municipalities and local boards of health in all areas of local government law including matters before the Law Division and Appellate Division. She also attended governing body meetings, drafted contracts, ordinances and resolutions, handled affordable housing matters and the acquisition and sale of municipal property. Before pursuing a legal career, Paula spent nine years as a scientist in biological research working at Sloan-Kettering Hospital in New York and at the Roche Institute for Cell Biology in Nutley, New Jersey and has several publications. Paula was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District X Fee Arbitration Committee for the 2008-2012 term, and appointed to serve as Chair during the 2011-2012 term. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association - Real Estate, Trust and Estate Law Section and Elder Law Section.

Richard H. Beilin

Richard is a lifelong resident of Morris County and has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1989. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, N.J. in 1986 in English and Labor Studies, and his law degree from George Washington University National Law Center in 1989. Mr. Beilin concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in estate and probate litigation, commercial litigation and landlord-tenant matters. He has extensive experience in commercial and residential leasing. Mr. Beilin is the Township Attorney for Allamuchy and Frelinghuysen, and affordable housing counsel to the Borough of Rockaway. He regularly attends meetings of the governing bodies of municipalities and homeowners' associations, and has extensive experience in all facets of local government and condominium/homeowners' association law, including public and private contracting, drafting of governing documents, land use and prerogative writ litigation, tax appeals, leasing and employment matters and collections. Mr. Beilin has edited the Case Law Digest on real property law for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Real Property newsletter. He has spoken to realtors' groups on bankruptcy and foreclosure issues, and to builders' groups on the Consumer Fraud Act and contracting issues. Mr. Beilin served for six years on the District V-B Attorney Ethics Committee.
