Doug Wilson's daughter Charlotte W. Davis and her husband Jay Davis both work at the Wilson-Finley Headquarters.
George Wilson's son Doug Wilson took over as President of Wilson-Finley Company back in the early 90's where he still serves as President today.

The fourth generation of the family entered Wilson-Finley Company two years ago when Weston Davis began in the track shop at Wilson-Parts and Equipment Company. Weston's younger brother Austin Davis also began his vocation in the summer of 2017 as parts runner and office staff employee.
