Yuval Tal - Yuval's practice consists of representing customers on financing, mergers and acquisitions (public and private, debt and equity), reorganizations and structured finance. He represents customers from their formation via their sale or public providing. He also advises his clients on day-to-day operational matters, which includes internal structuring, commercial transactions, employment, consulting arrangements and equity incentive programs. Yuval represents economic institutions as well as public and private firms.
