Philippa Nye has been developing housing and community facilities in Washington State for the past twenty years. She has been instrumental in the development of 574 housing units and six community facilities. She is particularly skilled at leading community engagement processes, financial modeling and deal structuring, and securing often complex financing packages for projects. She has either worked or consulted for nearly all of the area's largest affordable housing developers, including Catholic Housing Services, the Low Income Housing Institute, Common Ground (now Bellwether Housing), Downtown Emergency Service Center, and Solid Ground.
