Already committed to provide excellent topographical and boundary services to the Northeastern portion of the state, APEX expanded its range of services in 2009 by adding a partner fluent in the use of industry software. This expansion enabled APEX to offer expedited surveys including topographic, environmental, railroad and cell tower surveys. The company is also well qualified to provide environmental surveys, right-of-way engineering and construction staking...
