Chuck Kelly

Chuck Kelly is the Chief Revenue Officer for Broadleaf Group. He joined the organization with a strong history of implementing and executing strategies that yield consistent, quota-surpassing growth for Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Articulate and inclusive, Chuck is a leader adept at influencing people, culture, and business outcomes. His extensive experience comes from 20+ years of technology leadership in the enterprise, commercial, global, and public sectors. He began his career in the networking industry as an Account Manager with Cisco. Prior to joining Broadleaf Group, Chuck ran Juniper Networks enterprise business in Texas and Louisiana. Additional executive leadership experience includes roles at General Electric, Sungard AS, and Nimbix/Atos, to name a few. Chuck has a demonstrated history of applying technology solutions to solve business problems. His unique blend of OEM and partner practical knowledge offers clients a strategic approach to navigating the technology landscape based on their unique business needs. Chuck believes people and technology are the differentiators for systemic organizational transformation and ensures that client decisions balance technological and business requirements for ROI. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. He enjoys mentoring, developing the human element, building relationships, and connecting organizations through trust and technology.

Jesse Maldonado - CTO

Jesse Maldonado is the Chief Technology Officer for Broadleaf Group. With 22+ years of industry experience, a focus on consulting, and a keen understanding of organizations and departmental needs, Jesse helps clients bridge the gap between business and technology. He is responsible for delivering our technology strategy, driving innovation, advancing our R&D program, and integrating emerging technologies into viable client solutions. Jesse delivers methodology and strategy consultation for complex technology and business challenges. He focuses on direction, solutions, and ease of execution for varying-sized organizations in all verticals. He takes a phased approach to enhancement implementations and improvement campaigns. His philosophy in design and architecture begins with a secure-by-default mentality, keeping solutions simple and only as complex as they need to be. This approach includes spending more time in discovery, understanding key business and technology objectives, and incorporating collected metrics with experience to alleviate future pain points. Jesse remains engaged with the team and client as projects, processes, and innovative approaches unfold. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He enjoys continued learning, training, and a steadfast pursuit of improved strategy development for internal and external consumption.

Kevin Osborn - CEO

Kevin Osborn is the Chief Executive Officer of Broadleaf Group. He holds 15 years of prior experience in various roles at Broadleaf, including Senior Systems Engineer, Vice President of Networking & Security, Practice Manager, and Chief Technology Officer. Kevin's leadership style emphasizes investing in people and technology, encouraging data-driven decisions, and disruptive thinking. His leadership style and passion for IT foster a culture that is rich with ingenuity, ideation, and initiative. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a supporter of Aggie Traditions and culture. Kevin has since established an endowed scholarship through the Texas A&M Foundation in hopes of creating a positive impact on college-bound youth. In addition to his education and technical experience, Kevin has served on advisory councils for Fortune 500 companies like Cisco Systems, Aruba Networks, and Fortinet, helping bridge technological gaps in their respective fields. Kevin has a philanthropic mission driven by his diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis 20 years ago, as well as the loss of loved ones to Parkinson's and cancer. Kevin's personal experience with MS has inspired him to give back to the community and support those who are affected by the disease.
