Internationally acclaimed CALABASH RESTAURANT, which opened its doors in 1971 is a celebrated icon in the world of haute cuisine. Because of its national and international celebrity the Calabash Restaurant has hosted luminaries such as: Francis Ford Coppola, Peter O'Toole, Robert McNamara, Brock Peters, Roger Moore, the late Leonard Bernstein and many more dignitaries too numerous to mention, and all hotel guests enjoy the same menu from these traditional CALABASH KITCHENS.
