Christina L. Carrabino

Christina Carrabino has over twenty years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, management consulting, investment banking, and publishing. Prior to forming CLC Communications, Inc. in 2006, she was an Investor Relations executive at two full-service investor relations and financial communications agencies in the San Francisco Bay area, where her responsibilities included strategic planning and management of investor relations and communications programs for a number of clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, semiconductors, Internet, general technology, and telecommunications. She consulted on investor communications practices, including disclosure, pre- and post-IPO strategies, mergers and acquisitions, executive communications, quarterly earnings cycles, investment community contact, press release programs, new product introductions, media relations, Annual Report design and writing, web site design, slide presentations and management speaker training. Christina was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for American Materials and Technologies (AMT), a holding company for a group of manufacturing companies. Prior to joining AMT, she had broad experience in publishing, where she held a variety of senior management positions with Adweek Magazines and Investor's Business Daily, and she also was an investment banking analyst at AG Becker Paribas (now part of Merrill Lynch) in its Mergers and Acquisitions group. She started her career as a management consultant trainee at McKinsey and Company. Christina earned a B.A. degree in American Studies from Stanford University and an M.B.A. with honors in Finance/Strategy from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
