Collins Commercial is a trusted name with real estate professionals, business owners and investors built upon a foundation of ethics, we pride ourselves on integrity and transparency in all transactions. The business has continued to grow over the years around a philosophy of building relationships for the long term, often buying, selling and leasing for the same client over decades, not simply based on a single transaction. Since the inception of the company, Kelley Collins has managed, sold and leased numerous properties in Southeastern Massachusetts & Rhode Island. Sales including numerous mills in Fall River and one recently in Cambridge (2019); industrial buildings ranging in size from 5,000 SF up to 172,000 SF; parcels of land both small and large including 55.39 Acres in Bridgewater (2020) and 37.9 Acres and Business in Acushnet (2020); office buildings; churches; gas stations; restaurants; and, mixed use properties as well as thousands of leases for industrial, office, retail and service-oriented businesses. Kelley got her start as project manager for the Durfee Union Mills, a historic mill complex that consisted of over 850,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space. The property was over 80% vacant and in generally poor condition. Kelley worked with state, city and federal officials to rehabilitate the condition of the mill buildings and within a short time had filled the space with occupants. During the same time period she revitalized Fall Rivers South Main Place, a failing two story shopping mall located in downtown was quickly filled with major tenants for retail and office use. Today, along with associate Nick King, Collins Commercial has become one of the region's top commercial real estate firms. In 2017, 2018 & 2019 Collins Commercial Real Estate was ranked in Boston's Top 20 Power Brokers by Co-Star Group based on leasing transaction volume. Kelley Collins was ranked in Boston's Top 20 individuals honors by the same group.
