Brian leads the day-to-day operations at Compass Group and provides support operations for field activities. Before working at Compass Group, he worked in business development and was a national sales manager in the electrical industry.
Brian holds a bachelor's degree in information systems management with an emphasis in managerial finance from the University of West Florida and holds a Florida real estate sales license. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys motocross, snowboarding, surfing, wakeboarding, and coaching youth sports.
How Brian gives back: Brian has been a member of the Amelia Island (Florida) Sunrise Rotary club for 13 years. He enjoys it so much that he's the 2021-2022 chapter president.
Grayson has been on the Compass Group team since 2016. He started in construction by working for an electrical contractor in Macon, Georgia. He loves working for Compass Group because of the tight-knit and family-oriented team.
Grayson holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University. In his free time, you can find him outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and golfing.

Prior to Compass Group, Lisa served in the U.S. Navy as a nurse where she met her husband, Ron. After they got married, she started Compass Group with Ron in 1999. She's often in the office performing administration duties.
Lisa holds a master's degree in public administration from Troy State University and a bachelor's degree in nursing from San Francisco University. Outside of work, she loves to sew quilts and sing (but not at the same time).
Ron started Compass Group more than 20 years ago. Prior to starting the company, he served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer and then as a pilot of various rotary-wing aircraft. He started Compass Group as a vision and after some encouragement from family and friends, he launched the commercial construction company in 2000. He enjoys watching his team grow, satisfying customers, and achieving company goals.
Ron holds a master's degree in public administration from Troy State University and a bachelor's degree in geology from Tennessee State University. Outside of work, he loves being outdoors, either on the water or in the mountains.
Tamra's job at Compass Group is to keep the project managers' daily tasks on track. She's been on the team since 2019 and before that, she was a permitting specialist for an engineering firm.
Tamra holds a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Hesser Business College. When she's not working in the office, you can find her outdoors camping, sailing, or going to the beach.
