Our office is in Black Hawk... Our family-owned and operated company has been in business since 1958. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured for your protection... Our story began in 1958, when C.R. Smith started drilling water wells in Woodland Park, CO. After a time he made his way to Gilpin County and for a while drilled wells in both locations. Preferring Gilpin County, he bought some property - the same property that our company is located on today.
