Carrie J. Little and Marc Little have over 20 years of combined real estate experience, helping families and individuals find the home of their dreams and assisting sellers in marketing their homes. Their property marketing skills and dedication to fulfilling her clients' needs have earned her an esteemed reputation in the local real estate community.
Carrie is the Managing Broker of CarMarc Realty Group. She works diligently to educate the agents in her office. She prides herself with the ability to motivate agents to focus on the consumer.
Before entering the real estate industry, Carrie worked in technology, television editing, commercial real estate, non-profit and retail industries. Carrie has a background in real estate as far back as 1997 as a part-time host of the builder where she owns a home. In addition to her residential knowledge Carrie comes with a wide range of information on the commercial industries as a legal admin for one of the largest commercial real estate holders in the United States of America.
Carrie began her real estate career in 2001 where she quickly learned the residential business and systems that help with her successes.
Carrie has been a lifetime Illinois resident and a resident of DuPage County since 1996. She has was in volunteered in Mexico, fundraising events and the Mother's and More DuPage County chapter, the Women's Council of REALTORS® where she was the 2014 President for a local network and the Women's Council of REALTORS® 2017 State President.

Regional Mastermind Division PURPOSE To provide a supportive community for each state leadership team and their volunteers to coordinate local activities which seek to: Building RRC Membership Growth, Engagement and Satisfaction Providing RRC Learning Opportunities Promoting RRC Designation Awareness and Use Building RRC Networking and Referral Benefits Through discussions and presentations members will share best practices, develop strategies, and execute plans which will achieve their goals and improve their operations. COMPOSITION Co-leaders, Chapter Presidents, RVPs and 25 at-large members TERMS Co-leaders, Chapter Presidents and RVPs serve one-year terms. At-large members serve one-year terms without term limits.

Buddy West has been successfully selling real estate since 1984 throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. As President of Buddy West Seminars, Buddy has trained thousands of Realtors®. Dedicated to continuing education, Buddy has earned the ABR, ABRM, CDPE, CRS, GRI, SRES, and MilRES designations. He has developed class curriculum for, "Fair Housing & Ethics for his Association, First Time Home-buyers, Investor and Senior seminars."
Buddy began presenting public seminars and teaching for the New Castle County Board of Realtors in Delaware in 1986. Since then, he has spoken at several NAR Conventions, franchise conferences, state conventions and other independent Realtor® gatherings and conferences in 48 states including the first two NAGLREP conferences.
Buddy Co-Authored, "Targeting the Over 55 Client," & co-developed the Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES) Course. He is the CEO and Founder of the Military Residential Specialist, (MilRES®) Certification. As President, Buddy is dedicated to teaching Realtors and Mortgage Originators how to better serve our military clients and their families.

Kim Cameron is an undiagnosed real estate addict from St. Louis, MO, running her successful team with her business partner, Sid. She is a high energy speaker, trainer, and top producing REALTOR®. She has served the Residential Real Estate Council Board of Directors, Region 6 & Region 8 Vice President, Missouri RRC President, Finance Committee and Masterminds.
Kim currently serves on the Missouri REALTORS® Executive Committee, Professional Standards Chair for St. Louis Realtors and is the Recipient of 2019 Elizabeth J. Regional Vice Presidents Selection Subcommittee PURPOSE Conducts interviews for Regional Vice President positions and makes recommendations to the Leadership Development Committee. COMPOSITION A Chair, Vice Chair, three at-large members and two Past Regional Vice Presidents. TERMS All terms are one year in length.

Code of Conduct Committee PURPOSE The Code of Conduct Committee is responsible for interpreting, administering, and enforcing the Volunteer Code of Conduct of the Residential Real Estate Council. COMPOSITION The group consists of the Immediate Past President, the CEO and four (4) at-large members. TERMS The at-large members serve one-year terms and will meet as needed.

Nate has been a proud member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS ("SLAR") since 1999. He served as the 2011 President of SLAR, which represents nearly 8,000 REALTORS in St. Louis. Nate has chaired several SLAR committees including the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity committee, as well as the Urban Affairs Committee. Nate is the President of The St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP), a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. SLAREP's mission is to provide the community with exemplary real estate services via education, professional ethics and cooperative economics.
Nate is a member of Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation. Rebecca Jensen is president and CEO of Midwest Real Estate Data, which has grown to serve nearly 50,000 real estate professionals in Illinois and adjoining states. She is the board chair for the non-profit Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and she is the board vice chair of the Broker Public Portal. She is the board chair of the MLS Grid, an MLS data initiative that powers over 65,000 apps and websites and includes MLSs across the country who jointly serve more than 325,000 licensed agents.
Previously, Jensen has served on the boards of the Council of Multiple Listing Services, and the California Regional MLS. She has been a member of many committees and groups including those at NAR, Cove Group and MLS Roundtable. Jensen holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's degree in business administration/technology commercialization from Westminster College.

Robert (RoMo) Morris has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since 1985. He recently received the Tennessee REALTORS® Educator of the year award for the second time and served as President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® from 2020-2021.
Robert graduated from the NAR Leadership Academy in 2022 and serves as a NAR Director from Tennessee REALTORS® for 2022-2024. He has also been inducted into the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) Hall of Fame for 2022.

Stacey, Johnson-Cosby, also known as Stacey The Wealth Builder, a long time REALTOR with a Missouri Brokers License and a Kansas Salesperson license is also an investor of over 25 years. She serves in various leadership roles including being appointed as National Association of REALTORS (NAR) 2024 Vice-Chair for the Property Management Forum and to the Commercial Committee, the National Housing Provider Coalition and the KC Regional Housing Alliance, which she leads.
