My law practice is mainly limited to the practice of Criminal Law and Family Law... I am admitted to practice in New York State, and the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. I am also admitted to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Supreme Court... I have been one of the Vice Presidents of the Kings County Criminal Bar Association since 1995 and have been nominated again and will be sworn in on January 24, 2019, for the 24 th year.
