Mr. Vishnupad is the inventor and author of several patents in the area of skin care. He has more than 35 years of experience in research, management, and entrepreneurial development. He successfully started a consulting business to serve the skin care industry and has developed and licensed several skin care and dermatology products. He was responsible for developing several multi-million dollar products, including one of the leading skin care lotions in the country, skin treatment products, and unique award-winning cleansers. He has experience at major personal care companies including Unilever, Gillette, Inc., Warner-Lambert, Inc., and Richardson-Vicks. Vishnupad has demonstrated the ability to initiate research and developmentin all skin care product categories and has used new technologies to develop novel products from the concept stage to prototypes ready for marketing. He holds a M.S. in industrial pharmacy and B.S. in pharmacy, chemistry, and physics.
Dr. Vishnupad is co-inventor and author of several of the patented technologies licensed by IRA partners. She has more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in all areas of drug development. She has held positions in both big pharma, such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and small biotech companies. She has successfully negotiated extensive licensing deals with large and small pharmaceutical and dermatology companies. She has interacted with cross-functional teams to successfully transfer technology and assist in drug development and commercialization. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in immunology and a B.S. in biology.
