Eric Olmsted - CEO, Founder, President
As On Line Support's founder, Eric has a wealth of technology, service and business expertise garnered from more than 30 years in the technology/telecom industry. Starting as a Computer Programmer/Analyst for the US Army, Eric moved on to work in the robotics industry and then onto management and executive roles within both the technology and telecom industries. Always an entrepreneur at heart, Eric recognized small and medium sized businesses needed access to cost-effective, quality technology expertise and founded On Line Support in 1998. Eric is the kind of guy who's always out to learn more, experience more, and give more. When he's not at work (which isn't often) you'll find him racing Corvettes around the track, serving on a board of multiple non-profits, wine tasting or brew pub hopping with friends, reading the latest business book, or wrangling his three active grandchildren.

With decades of executive leadership experience in process improvement, staffing, distribution, manufacturing, data management and robotics, John came to On Line Support ready to lead, organize and coach. Known for his logical thinking, John spends his day streamlining internal operations, leading our administrative team, and collaborating on strategies to grow the business. A self-prescribed people person, he believes supported and happy employees are the best tool for creating beyond satisfied customers. Add to all that, his perennial good humor, willingness to help anyone who needs it and surprisingly good Christopher Walken impersonation, and you'll understand why he's earned the nickname "Mr. Wonderful" around the office. Outside the office John devotes his time to community service, riding his bicycle (he's completed multiple Seattle to Portland events) and most importantly, spending time with his wife, children and his growing troupe of adorable grandchildren.

Mickey grew up on a winery in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. He'll tell you it was awesome (his parents and sisters still run the winery), but his heart was drawn to technology. After completing his technical education, Mickey joined On Line Support as a Technical Consultant in 2002. Continuing his education, Mickey has earned 11 specialty certifications from Microsoft as well as multiple expert certifications. Mickey's natural aptitude for all things technical quickly advanced him to the position of Senior Technology Consultant, and he was made a partner of On Line Support in 2008. Known as "The Fixer" around the office, Mickey is the go-to guy when there is a particularly challenging technology issue we're solving for a customer and like a dog with a bone, this guy won't stop until he's found a solution. Outside of the office, Mickey is building massive Star Wars Lego models and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two kids.

After spending more than 25 years as an award-winning Marketing Executive in the financial services sector, Nancy left the financial world behind to join On Line Support as VP Communications (and spend more time with husband, Eric Olmsted). As more of a right-brained person, you won't find Nancy tinkering with the technical side of things around here. Instead, she's coming up with clever ad campaigns, writing blogs and articles, planning events, posting on social media, crafting communications and picking just the right shade of blue for the office walls. Known as the office softie, she makes sure the office dogs and the feral cat who calls our grounds home, are well-fed (really, really, well-fed). Outside of work time, you'll find Nancy loving on her kids and grandkids, tending her organic garden, exploring the Oregon coast, painting furniture, or scouring the countryside (both here and abroad) in search of antiques for her vintage home décor business.
