Bruce H. White is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm and has a sophisticated business law practice focusing on acquisitions, sales, financings (secured and capital raises through private equity and family offices). Bruce is part of the firm's National Professional Services (DSO and MSO) team, representing dental and medical support organizations and practices across the country. Bruce H. White is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice on all aspects of business transactions (mergers and acquisitions), commercial financing, corporate law and corporate reorganizations. Bruce has more than 25 years of large law firm and business experience representing clients in a wide range of business law matters including, traditional debt financing (secured and unsecured) and capital financing of companies (private equity), acquisitions, sales and mergers of all types of business, including healthcare, mining, oil & gas, professional service companies (DSO and MSO), manufacturing and technology companies among many others. Bruce also has substantial experience representing lenders and businesses in out of court restructurings and in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Bruce has substantial experience advising company management and board of directors on a wide range of corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters. Prior to joining the firm, Bruce was President, CEO and General Counsel of a large manufacturing company in Utah, where he, including operations, strategic planning, and financial matters. Bruce oversaw all legal matters, financial transactions, and created and developed a successful business model. Cory Sinclair serves as the president of the firm while maintaining a practice that focuses on antitrust and damages-related issues. He brings practical and data-driven solutions to sophisticated economic issues by evaluating risk, cost and the needs of his clients. Cory D. Sinclair is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Litigation practice group, where he specializes in antitrust, complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and all damage-related issues. He earned a Ph.D. in economics, specializing in antitrust, industrial organization, and sports economics. His training and background in economics provides him with unique skills and perspective in litigation and risk. He commonly consults clients on litigation risk and potential exposure, as well as evaluating and critiquing expert opinions on all damage-related issues. Mr. Sinclair has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of antitrust cases involving monopolization, exclusive dealing, health care antitrust, distribution networks, and resale price maintenance. He also commonly represents clients in complex commercial cases, including class action defense, contractual disputes, claims of tortious interference, and consumer and employment class actions. Mr. Sinclair is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Utah, where he teaches antitrust at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is an active member of community, including serving on local non-profit boards. Mr. Sinclair currently also serves as the president of the firm, having previously served as the firm's general counsel and chief operating officer.

Rick Angell is a director and vice president of the firm and previously chaired Parsons Behle & Latimer's Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources practice group. His practice focuses on solving complex environmental challenges facing the extractive, refining and manufacturing sectors with a unique combination of legal perspective and technical insight. Rick Angell is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources (EENR) practice group. Rick assists clients with a broad range of environmental compliance, transactional and litigation issues. He is the past chairperson of the EENR practice group and currently a firm vice president and secretary on the firm's Board of Directors. A significant portion of Rick's practice relates to hazardous materials and wastes and how they are handled for purposes of risk management, accident prevention and regulatory compliance as well as emergency response and long-term remediation in the event there is a release into the workplace or environment. Rick represents clients in administrative and judicial environmental enforcement proceedings, permit applications and appeals, remediation and cost recovery under CERCLA and other statutes as well as toxic tort litigation. Sarah Ferguson is a strong advocate, thoughtful strategist and skilled litigator specializing in employment law and complex commercial litigation. She collaborates closely with clients to ensure they are aware of the risks and rewards of a course of action, whether in the courtroom, at mediation or prior to an employment action. Sarah Ferguson is a shareholder in Parsons Behle & Latimer's litigation, and employment law practice teams. Ms. Ferguson has represented clients in industries including mining, construction, hospitality, energy, financial services and pharmaceuticals in state and federal courts. In the corporate litigation context, Ms. Ferguson has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation including litigation strategy, managing case teams and appearing in court. She has successfully helped clients navigate a variety of matters, including dissenters' rights actions, law firm defense, breach of warranty and breach of contract. As an employment advisor and advocate, Ms. Ferguson frequently assists clients with employment matters that range from day-to-day issues, like handbooks and record keeping, to highly sensitive issues, like terminations and internal investigations. She also regularly represents clients in employment litigation, both before regulatory agencies and state and federal courts. Shawn Ferrin is the CEO and Board Chair of Parsons Behle & Latimer. In addition, Shawn represents clients in complex commercial real property transactions and in obtaining development entitlements and permits throughout resort and urban communities in the western U.S. Shawn Ferrin focuses his practice on complex commercial real property transactions with an emphasis on resort, urban, retail and community development; land-use planning and entitlements; office leases; and economic development incentives. Shawn has served as lead counsel in representing Home Depot, Boyne Resorts, Walmart Stores, Vulcan, Inc., Varde Partners, Fidelity Investments, Barrick Gold Corporation, Dyno Nobel, and Micron Technology, Inc. in significant acquisition, development, financing and entitlement transactions. She received a B.A. degree in psychology from Brigham Young University; a master's degree in family counseling from Santa Clara University; and a J.D. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where she acted as editor of the Law Review. Her career includes various roles in investor relations and human resources with publicly traded companies. Shawna has particular interest and experience in family counseling and has worked with both East Bay Family Defenders and The Legal Aid Society in Northern California.
