Aleksandar Stevanović

Aleksandar Stevanović is a director with PwC Strategy and Operations Consulting practice in Croatia, with the responsibility of SEE Retail and Consumer sector leader. He is supporting companies in creating new value and improving their operational performance. Aleksandar was part of PwC Consulting team from 2010 to 2018, managing numerous strategic and operational projects, specifically for clients from the retail and consumer goods sectors in Southeast Europe. He continued his career at one of the largest regional companies for distribution and logistics of consumer goods and pharmaceutical products, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the group's strategy and was responsible for operational excellence, data management, digital transformation, and project management as a member of the Executive Board. He has successfully implemented a significant number of projects aimed at improving corporate performance of companies in various sectors, with the greatest focus of consumer goods, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors, which he will continue to deal with in the capacity of a regional director of PwC SEE Consulting Department. Aleksandar has a M.A. in economics, with education gained at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Niš, Serbia, and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, USA. Ivan has spent more than 16 years in the field of Financial Services. His expertise mainly lies in the area of retail banking, with focus on Product and Segment Management/Development which involves great cooperation with all bank units and getting a clear overview, from funding, process, and risk management, all the way to the client proposition. Ivan successfully led the IMO for one of the largest and most successful banking integrations, structuring it from inception, defining and aligning the masterplan, keeping it up to date, supporting the most needed streams to the final cutover weekend planning. Before joining PwC, he worked for several international financial institutions. His work included running change management projects, process and income optimisation, product simplification, cost cutting, and go-to-market strategy, among other things.
