The SCAN Foundation is an independent public charity devoted to transforming care for older adults in ways that preserve dignity and encourage independence... We work at the diverse intersections of aging with partnerships that expand across the aging, healthcare, disability, policy, social entrepreneur, racial justice, and social justice sectors.
