Currently, ZELL provides property management and leasing services on retail centers totaling approximately 5,000,000 square feet. The majority of the shopping centers in ZELL's portfolio are located in the Phoenix metropolitan area; however, ZELL provides service on centers in Tucson, Payson, Cottonwood and Show Low. We have a staff of twenty which comprise our property management, accounting and leasing departments as well as the support staff.
