Our services are available to businesses and nonprofits on an as need basis through our non-member hourly rate. We designed our membership and approach to offer service to residential customers. We feel confident in our ability to offer a wonder service at a good value to home users. While we do assist many small businesses and nonprofits, it is with a mutual understanding that it is not our focus, we will not be held accountable for any liability involved (we do carry insurance) and that we are not available 7 days a week. While we always do our best to offer a professional and confidential service, computers and how they are used can be unpredictable and out of our control. Our business hours are M-TH 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. We are happy to discuss a relationship with your small business or nonprofit further if you have any questions...
