George has worked in federal, state, and local government for over 10 years. He is a Parkersburg native and a WVU graduate. Newly hired to direct government relations efforts, he also develops digital multimedia strategies to better promote our organization & apprenticeship programs. George coordinates the creation of the ACT Report newsletter. georgecapel@actwv.org
For the past 15 years, Lesly has brought her research and litigation experience to bear providing excellent research services to our staff and members. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology (MU). In addition to supervising the Research Division, Lesly also assists with WVSBT/ACT legislative research and our organization's social media outreach.
