Our company is located in Western Norway near the Sognefjord in the valley Jostedalen from where the well-known and popular Nigardsbreen Glacier easily is accessed... In the main season, we employ approx. 25-30 guides. Many of our employees are from Scandinavia, some even from Nepal... Our employees from Nepal are internationally qualified mountain guides; Tshering Pande Bhote, Jyamchang Bhote Salakha, Mingma Tsiri Sherpa, Pasang Tenzing Sherpa, Chhiring Sonam Lama, Tsering Pemba Sherpa, Furtemba Sherpa, Densa Bhote, Jamling Bhote, Pimba Tenjing Lama, and are guiding in spring and autumn season in the Himalayas on many different treks, e.g. Island Peak and Lobuche Peak, Everest Base Camp, etc. and they also conduct expeditions to Mt. Everest, Manaslu, Makalu and other 8000 meters summits as well. All our Nepali have reached the summit of Mount Everest several times, Mingma Tsiri Sherpa even 20 times!
