Glen Kennedy is the Chief Financial Officer of Bether Capital. He is in charge of Bether Capital's Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee and Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship By Investment programs.
He is a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and prior to his career in the immigration field, he practiced public accounting with a focus on management consulting, holding both the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant designations.
H. Andrew Smith, CA is a Prince Edward Island resident and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Prince Edward Island since 1990. Mr. Smith has provided immigration investment services since 2002, as a partner of MacPherson Roche Smith & Associates and Bether Capital PEI

Lily Zheng is the senior manager in charge of strategic business development at Bether Capital. She is specialized in reviewing EB-5 project offering documents, negotiating capital structure and investment terms, developing and managing partner relationships. She works closely with our eb-5 project partners as well as our worldwide agent network spanning in China, Korea, Vietnam and Middle East.
Prior to joining Bether Capital, Lily worked for a Taiwan based investment-linked immigration consultancy and has successfully developed and fostered a reliable immigration agent network. She frequently travels internationally to attend key industry association conference and foreign investor roadshows to present information about EB-5 projects.
Stan H. MacPherson, FCA is a Prince Edward Island resident and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Prince Edward Island since 1972, receiving the Fellowship designation in 2000. Mr. MacPherson has been actively involved with various immigration programs in PEI since 1990 and, most recently, as a partner of MacPherson Roche Smith & Associates and Bether Capital PEI
