Alexander is part of the investment team where he focuses on sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Blue Cloud, Alexander worked as a strategy consultant. Most recently, he worked at EY-Parthenon in their Software Strategy Group, where he focused on conducting commercial due diligence on technology companies for private equity firms. He also previously worked at ZS Associates, where he focused on corporate growth strategy projects in the life science sector. Alexander graduated from the University of Edinburgh with first class honours in MA Finance and Business. In his free time, Alexander enjoys listening to music, playing tennis, and skiing.
Amy is part of the investment team where she focuses on sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities.
Amy joined Blue Cloud Ventures after graduating from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and a certificate in Financial Economics from the Kellogg School of Management. Previously, Amy worked as an analyst in DA Davidson's investment banking division. Prior to that, she worked at EduLab Capital Partners where she focused on early stage ed-tech investments. In her free time, Amy enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to music, and reading.
Charlotte manages firm operations as the Chief of Staff at Blue Cloud Ventures.
Charlotte comes from a background in start-ups and working with family offices. Since graduating from the University of Greenwich, Charlotte has utilized her passion for people and operations to help grow multiple start-ups from the ground up. Prior to joining Blue Cloud Ventures, she was involved in helping to build one of the industry's most well-known sports betting hedge funds and acted as lead on multiple industry-first projects across the globe. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys fitness, travel, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Christine has over 15 years of experience in the banking and private equity space. She currently manages operations at Blue Cloud Ventures.
Prior to joining Blue Cloud Ventures, Christine spent four years consulting with investment banking and venture capital firms. Previously, Christine worked as a Senior Accountant for a private equity firm and a technology venture firm. Christine holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Saint Elizabeth and an MBA in Accounting from Wiliam Paterson University. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family. She is involved with her community, local schools, and fitness.
Eric focuses on the sourcing and due diligence of new investments.
Eric joined Blue Cloud Ventures after graduating from Columbia University. During his time at Columbia, Eric founded a New York City nightlife focused mobile application and a college admissions resource website. Prior to Blue Cloud Ventures, Eric worked for J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division in their infrastructure advisory practice and with Arcano Partners' private equity secondary investment team. Eric has a BA in Economics from Columbia University. In his spare time, Eric enjoys playing basketball and exploring New York City. Eric is a published poet.

Joel is based in Singapore, manages investor relations across the APAC region and advises and supports BCV's portfolio companies on their expansion into Asia.
Joel was previously the founder and CEO of JustCommodity Software Solutions, the leading commodities trading and risk management software solutions provider in the agricultural commodity space in Asia. Under his leadership, JustCommodity won numerous awards including Singapore Enterprise 50, Deloitte Technology Fast 500, "Best tech company to work for" in Singapore and the Red Herring Global 100 Award. JustCommodity was acquired by Allegro Development in June 2015. Joel was conferred the "Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year" by APEA in 2011, the "Young Professional of the Year" in the IT leader awards in 2012 and conferred "Ten Young Outstanding Persons -TYOP" by Junior Chamber International in 2016. He currently serves as an Advisory Council member of the Singapore Management University's International Trading Institute, and is a Charter Member and board member of TiE Singapore. Joel holds a MBA from Imperial College London. Joel is an avid golfer and evangelist for Singapore.
Karen has been in the private equity space for over 15 years and is currently responsible for financial reporting at Blue Cloud Ventures.
Prior to joining Blue Cloud Ventures, Karen was a Vice President at APEX Group US. Previously, Karen was a Controller at a health care private equity firm and worked at Deloitte and Touché within the Private Equity Investor Services group. Karen has a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Pace University and is a certified public accountant in New York. In her free time, Karen enjoys being active and spending time with her family.

Linda manages communications between Blue Cloud Ventures and our investors.
Prior to joining Blue Cloud Ventures, Linda spent over a decade consulting at venture capital firms and working with early-stage startups. Previously, Linda worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and Macquarie Capital as well as the in-house investment banking efforts at Lucent Technologies. Linda holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelors in Math and Economics from Wesleyan University. Linda enjoys watching Korean dramas, travelling, and watching her three kids compete in sports.
Marc has been in the venture space for over two decades as partner and CFO.
Prior to joining BCV he spent ten years as CFO at New Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm dedicated to early stage venture investing and corporate technology spin-outs. Previously, Marc was one of the founding members and CFO of Lucent Venture Partners which invested in early and mid-stage technology companies. Marc was a key contributor in the development of LVP's strategic focus and investment guidelines and established the financial and operational infrastructure for the firm. Marc holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BS degree in Economics from New York University. Marc graduated cum laude and was awarded the Student Athlete Academic Achievement Award. He is an avid skier and tennis player and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
Mir has been a firm believer and investor in the recurring-revenue software delivery model throughout its evolution from service bureaus to ASPs to SaaS/cloud.
Prior to Blue Cloud Ventures, Mir founded and led Madison Park Group, a boutique tech-focused investment bank in New York City. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns & Co. and helped start the Multinational M&A Advisory Group at Peregrine Capital, then Asia's largest investment bank. Mir has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University. He is a mentor to a number of tech companies and is a Charter Member of TiE Boston. In his free time, Mir enjoys exploring art and architecture and traveling.
Ram has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in building global companies in the Healthcare and Information Technology space. Ram works closely with the Blue Cloud team on sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on prospects and maintaining relationships with investors.
Prior to Blue Cloud, Ram was cofounder of iSpace Health, a consulting, product and services company creating value for health plans and work comp companies. After scaling it to 600 employees, Ram sold iSpace Health to Cotiviti, a provider of analytics driven payment accuracy solutions, where served as Senior Vice President helping the company go public. Cotiviti went public on the NYSC in 2016 and eventually got acquired by Veritas Capital-backed Verscend for $4.9Bn in 2018. Prior to iSpace, Ram co-founder Symphony Data Corporation, a healthcare technology and services company that was acquired by Zavata in 2005 where Ram served as SVP & GM post acquisition. Prior to Symphony Data, Ram founded Nextech LLC, an IT services company that he successfully exited. Ram received a Master's degree in Physics and an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India. In his free time, Ram focuses on being an awesome husband and father.

An entrepreneur at heart, Rami started Blue Cloud Ventures after having worked as a tech investment banker at Madison Park Group.
Before that, he was an IT strategy consultant at Accenture. In 2016, he was named by Forbes to the Venture Capital "30Under30" list and by Inc. Magazine as one of "20 Young Entrepreneurs You Need to Know". In 2018, he was named by Crain New York Business Magazine to the "40 Under 40" list and received the "Distinguished Young Alumnus Award" from the American University of Beirut. Rami has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University. He is an avid skier and previously was a national martial arts champion.

Satish is a serial entrepreneur having founded multiple companies in the health, life sciences, and technology sectors. Satish works closely with the Blue Cloud team on sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on prospects and maintaining relationships with investors.
Satish also serves as the Managing Partner of Avigo Solutions, a life sciences consulting focusing on optimizing clinical and regulatory processes across pharma and medical devices. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Scripta Insights, ConnectM, Unruly Studios, and Gateway for Cancer Research. Satish mentors and supports entrepreneurs as an executive at TiE ScaleUp and an Executive Fellow in Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School. An active investor, Satish is passionate about helping startups grow and providing them with guidance on how to overcome challenges. Satish has a BE in Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Iowa. In his spare time, Satish enjoys playing golf and is a big fan of college football, especially of his beloved Hawkeyes.

Victor advises the BCV team on sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities.
Victor joined Blue Cloud Ventures after working as an investment banker at BNP Paribas in New York City. He has also worked previously in private equity at Compass Group, structured credit at Ellington ($6 billion hedge fund), and in venture capital at Angels Den in London. Victor studied Finance and Art History at Washington University in St. Louis. Before college, Victor served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces. In his spare time, Victor enjoys practicing mixed martial arts, scuba diving, and visiting art museums.
