Alena has 10-year experience in management with the emphasis on HR, payroll, and education. She has managed more than 40 employees and coordinated the office that provided service to more than 45 clients. Also, she was a lecturer at management courses and a speaker at numerous international conferences. Currently, Alena manages and supervises comprehensive payroll processes, prepares management and statutory reports for clients, supervises new projects and solutions for the development of the payroll department as well as identifies and implements new market opportunities. She likes sports, playing chess, reading and dancing.

Alicja Wiedeńska

She is responsible for cooperation with key clients and for the implementation of HR and payroll process optimisation. She has over 10 years of experience in selling HR services, offering her clients professional advisory at each stage of cooperation.

Beata Osolińska

Job Titles:

She has been contributing successfully to the development of CA's office in Cracow. She has wide experience in the management of projects related to the implementation of SAP ERP HCM, especially in enterprises with a corporate structure. She takes up new professional challenges with commitment and passion while keeping in mind, however, that the centre of any activity of a service company must be a satisfied customer. Privately, she is interested in film and literature. She often spends her free time on physical activity.

Elżbieta Miękus

Elżbieta, as Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing Contract Administration's operational activity in Poland as well as Czech Republic and Slovakia. She has been employed in Contract Administration since January 2015. She has wide experience in managing enterprises providing services for individual and business clients in various areas of financial market, insurance market and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Elżbieta successfully managed comprehensive programs and projects related to i.a. the development and implementation of organizational and system changes as well as optimization of processes, including projects in the area of IT and business. She was responsible for redesigning processes of client service in one of the biggest banks and an insurance company in Poland.

Ewa Pykało

She advises Clients on creating and implementing unconventional comprehensive business solutions in the field of HR and payroll outsourcing. She has 7 years of experience in managing HR and payroll outsourcing projects. She specializes in global and local projects focusing on increasing the efficiency and quality of HR administration while pursuing cost optimization. Ewa graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Leon Kozminski University, specializing in European business law.

Ivana Brancuzká

She successfully managed personnel administration within the organization. Katarzyna specializes in introducing new HR products into the Polish market. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Lazarski University in the field of International Relations and Human Resource Management.

Magdalena Aleksandrowicz

She has been employed in Contract Administration in Warsaw since 1991, i.e. from the very beginning of existence of the company. Currently, she holds the position of the President of the Management Board. Her responsibilities include: operational and quality control of outsourcing of business operations including payroll processing services, training and providing support for a client with regard to common outsourcing solutions and training and development of employees. She implemented many significant projects of personnel and payroll outsourcing on the SAP ERP HCM platform for representative offices of international companies in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia from various industries. She has also a license of a tax advisor.

She coordinates the work of the team of HR and payroll specialists in the office in Łódź as well as in the teams delegated to work directly in the registered office of clients. Her past professional experience allows her to create innovative solutions in cooperation with key international Clients, while retaining the highest quality of all provided services. In her free time she plays the guitar and sings shanties as well as collects cookbooks.

Sylwia has been working in Contract Administration since 2005. She started out as a Specialist. Since 2020, she has been a Payroll Department Director at the Wrocław branch of the company. She is responsible for launching projects for new customers, system implementations (SAP HR) and managing a subordinate team.
