Alex Annand

Alex was born and raised in Oregon. He began his career in the appraisal industry, spending nearly a decade valuing assets throughout the Pacific Northwest. While working full-time, Alex completed Portland State University's Masters of Real Estate Development program. In his current role, he aids in the development of affordable housing and community projects, taking plans from the predevelopment stages through construction completion and lease up. Alex enjoys traveling, cooking and most of all eating. When at home, he loves spending time with his partner, Lauren, and cat, Nova. On the weeknights and weekends, you can find him playing soccer or cheering on the Timbers or Blazers.

Andy Englehart

Andy is a native Oregonian. He has worked in Accounting since the 90's and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. In his current role, he records transactions, balances accounts, processes payroll and other accounting responsibilities. Andy also enjoys nature walks, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Jennifer was born in Oregon and has spent the majority of her life here, but has also lived in Idaho, Arkansas and Australia. She started her housing career with the local Housing Authority where she worked for 12 years in a variety of positions, including Program Compliance Officer. In her current role with CASA, she works with the RED and MHCDC Teams as an Asset Manager. Jennifer currently lives in Eastern Oregon with her dog, Jade and cat, Ray and enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with friends.

Kelly Castagnaro

Job Titles:

Kelly brings more than 20 years of international, national, and local strategic communications experience with nonprofits and local government. Her work includes a range of issues including reproductive rights, houselessness, mental health, and racial justice. She was with the International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region (dba Fòs Feminista) where she worked on communications, including social media and donor relations in Spanish and English in coordination with local partners throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. She served as Director of Communications for the International Women's Health Coalition and as the Deputy Press Secretary for former Mayor of San Francisco, Willie L. Brown, Jr. She has a MFA in Creative Writing from St. Joseph's College and studied magazine journalism as an undergraduate at University of Oregon. Her writing has been published in The New York Times, The Gotham Gazette, The Lancet, and the UK Guardian, among other outlets.

Rebekah has been really enjoying getting to know the programs and services of IC$ better and is inspired daily by the amount of hard work and energy that the staff and clients put into building their financial capability. When Rebekah isn't at work she enjoys being loved on by her two cats Jackie and Roseanne, and spending time with her partner and family. She is trying to learn to bake and is obsessed with the Great British Baking Show.

Rosie Andalón

Rosie began her journey with CASA of Oregon in 2001. Over the last 17 years, she successfully managed the Sister Adele Scholarship program and administered the Davis Bacon and Prevailing Wage Rates for the affordable housing and community facilities developed by CASA. She also oversees the admin istration of the Community Development Block Grant. In her new role, she will work side-by-side with the team, seeing projects go from conception to construction. She looks forward to contributing toward opportunities for underserved communities throughout Oregon. Rosie enjoys volunteering with Unidos Bridging Community, a nonprofit organization based in McMinnville. She moonlights as a cook, chauffeur, and luggage carrier for her two children.

Yesenia was born and raised in Salem. She attended Chemeketa Community College. After two years, she transferred to Portland State University where she graduated with her Social Science degree, making her family proud by becoming a first-generation college graduate. Growing up in a Mexican household, she is familiar with many of the struggles minority families endure, which gave her the drive to want to be part of nonprofits who focus on helping others. In her role, she is excited to focus on providing financial assistance to communities across Oregon. During her free time, Yesenia enjoys hiking, boxing, and spending time with her family and friends.
