Mr. Krumpolc graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. From 2000 to 2008, he served in various positions at Citigroup - Citibank Europe, including Senior Relationship Manager (2000-2008), Head of the Middle Market Department (2008-2011) and Head of SME Sales (2011-2012). Since 2012, he had been Citibank's commercial banking director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2018, Daniel Krumpolc became a member of the Board of Directors of Sberbank CZ, responsible for corporate banking. At the end of February 2022, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Czech Export Bank, which elected him as its chairman and CEO on March 1, 2022.

Dušan Hradil

Dušan Hradil graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague, he also completed a year of study in Germany at the Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and professional training courses of the International Monetary Fund in the field of financial markets. After his studies, he briefly worked at Komerční banka. In 2005, he joined the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, where he still works today as the director of the Financial Markets I department, responsible for financial market analyzes and legislation in the field of banking and financial stability of credit institutions. Since 2011, he has been a member of the board of trustees of the Investor Compensation Fund of Czech Republic, and since the establishment of the The Financial Market Guarantee System in 2016, he has also been the chairman of its board of directors. His tenure in the Guarantee System ended due to his election as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Export Bank, a position incompatible with membership in the board of directors of the Guarantee System.

Emil Holan

Mr. Holan graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. In 2002, Mr. Holan started his career in Citibank ČR, where he participated in many interesting projects and worked at different risk management positions within the Corporate Banking Division. He worked for Deloitte ČR from 2007 until 2008 and then joined Commerzbank in January 2009, where he worked in the field of risk management with the main focus on restructuring and workout. In ČEB, a.s. he has been Head of the Credit Risk Department since July 2015. Since August 2018 he has been Deputy CEO responsible for credit risk management and a member of the Board of Directors of ČEB, a.s., in July 2020 he became its Vice-Chairman.

Ivan Duda

In 1989, Ivan Duda graduated from The Czech Technical University (Technical Cybernetics). Since 1993 he has been active in the banking industry, initial ly within Komercni banka Group (Societé Generale Group) and subsequently Slovak VUB Bank (IntesaSanPaolo Group). Within his professional career, he has been focused on financial management, risk management and corporate banking, acting in various expert and managerial roles (CEO, CFO and CRO), including BoD membership and chairmanship.Within 2013-2014 he was, for a limited time, engaged with CEB in a position of member of the Board and CRO and between 2016 and 2020 in the Czech Guarantee and Development Bank (ČMZRB) as a member of the Board and CRO/CFO. Out of the banking sector, he has also acted in a private equity area and as an independent advisor. Since 2011 he owns boutique advisory company, focused on process optimising and financial management and risk management. Since 2015 he has been external ly lectur ing risk management on The University of Economics in Prague.

Miroslav Zámečník

Miroslav Zámečník graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. During the years 1991-1993, he worked as the head of the Center for Economic Analysis in the Office of the President Václav Havel. In the years 1994-1998, he worked at the headquarters of the World Bank in Washington as a representative of the Czech Republic. He then held the position of deputy director of the Revitalization Agency, where he mainly dealt with the restructuring of the enterprises Zetor and Vítkovice. Between 2009-2013 and 2020-2021, he was a member of the Government's National Economic Council (NERV). Since February 2022, he has been the chairman of the supervisory board of the rail company České dráhy.

Petr Hejduk

Mr. Hejduk graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. From 1998 to 2014, he held a number of senior management roles at Citigroup, both in the Czech Republic and abroad - in the UK and Hungary. Petr Hejduk also worked for the Czech Republic, having served at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs between 2014 and 2017, among others as a Deputy Minister. Since November 2018, he has acted as a member of the Management of TRINITY BANK together with the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of SAB o.c.p., a member of the Prague Stock Exchange, a position he has held since May 2021. Since June 2023, he has been Deputy CEO responsible for finance and operations and a member of the Board of Directors of CEB.

Petr Knapp - Chairman

Petr Knapp is a graduate of University of Economics in Prague, majoring in finance and credit. He connected the decisive part of his professional life with banking and specifically Czech bank ČSOB. In the years 1984-1991 he worked at VHJ Teplotechna, in the foreign trade department. At ČSOB, he gradually managed credit risk and then a number of business departments, including corporate banking, private banking and financial markets. He also managed ČSOB subsidiaries Leasing, Factoring, Advisory and Patria. In the years 1996-2021, he was a member of the board of directors of ČSOB. Currently, he is, among other things, the vice-chairman of the board of trustees of UCT Prague.

Petr Kříž

Petr Kříž is a consulting partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he has been working at senior management positions since 1991. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business at the University of Economics in Prague and the British ACCA professional training. He focuses on audits and consulting for banks and other financial institutions, areas of accounting methodology, regulation, public policy and macroeconomics. Between 2001 and 2004, he held the position of the President of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and in 2015 and 2016 also the President of Accountacy Europe (Federation of European Accounting Auditors). Petr Kříž is the recipient of the 2008 ACCA Annual Award for the Development of the Finance and Accounting Profession in Europe. Currently, he is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Charles University, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Economics in Prague, a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics in Prague, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Transparency International Czech Republic, and a member of the working group for the preparation of the new Accounting Act at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.

Petr Teplý

Petr Teplý is a Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at University of Economics in Prague. He obtained his PhD degree at the Institute of Economic Studies of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in 2009. He also studied in Austria, the United States of America and New Zealand. He worked for five years in ČSOB Bank at various positions at the Department of Planning and Controlling, Restructuralization, Legal and Forensic Projects. He also participated in internship in the investment bank Spencer Clarke in New York. For the next six years, he held the position of Project Manager in company EEIP, a.s. for the field of Corporate Finance, Energy, EU Funding and Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA). Prof. Petr Teplý regularly lectures at conferences and universities around the world. He has written or co-authored of over 150 research papers and 10 books. He has been awarded many times for his significant academic activities. He is actively employed at Charles University and University of Economics, where he lectures banking, finance and risk management. Currently, Petr is not a member of any authorities in any other company.

Radovan Odstrčil

Graduated the Financial and Administrative College, major: finance and financial services with focus at investment banking. He started his career in local office of information and rating agency Dun & Bradstreet, where he acted as key account manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia for the sector of financial services and international corporations. In the field of risk management, he profiled himself since 2001 in the leasing company CAC Leasing, a.s., in the position of risk manager for the field of leasing financing of machines and equipment. He started his career in banking, precisely in internal audit in 2006 in Česká spořitelna, a.s., where he took the position of internal auditor and where he continued in the position of deputy division manager of the division of internal audit of subsidiary companies of the group of Česká spořitelna. Since 2015 he held the position of head of department of internal audit in Česká exportní banka, a.s. In march of 2016, he was elected the vice-chairman of the board of Podpůrný a garanční lesnický a rolnický fond with authorization to run the division of risk management, operations and legal. From 2006, he is a member of the Czech Institute of internal auditors.

Stanislav Staněk

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He began his career as an auditor immediately after his studies at Deloitte, in which he became a partner in 2000 and dealt with leading the audit team, contact with clients and the application of auditing or accounting regulations. In addition, he has worked on other accounting projects. He also worked briefly as an audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand. He left Deloitte in 2015 and holds a position on the audit committee of several companies, such as ZOOT a. s. (2017-2020) or Raiffeisenbank a. s. (since 2016) He has been a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic since 1997, between 2004 and 2010 he also acted in its supervisory commission. Since 2018 he is in the executive committee.
