We at CREDAI continue to make a conscious effort to bring transparency and protect the interest of homebuyers. CREDAI has established a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), where aggrieved buyers can register a complaint against member developers and get their issues resolved at the earliest... It is with great honor and excitement that I step into the role of President of CREDAI Chennai. As I embark on this journey, I am deeply inspired by the vision statement: "MY BUSINESS MY DELIGHT." These four simple yet powerful words remind us that in the business of real estate, our ultimate goal is not merely financial success but the creation of joy and fulfilment for all stakeholders involved.
