Education Dr. Cassady attended San Jose State University for his undergraduate degree before graduating from Columbia University School of Dental And Oral Surgery. While in dental school, Dr. Cassady was awarded the distinction of election into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society.
