With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Doug decided to specialize in the hardwood and laminate areas of floor covering. In 1996, Doug became one of the first Endorsed Installers for Pergo laminate flooring. In 1999, Doug helped open the Pergo Endorsed Installer training facility in Jacksonville, FL and still conducts installation training for Pergo. In 2000, Doug became a member of the Armstrong Installation Training Network. In 2002, Doug also became a member of the Kahrs Koncept training program..
