In his current position as Chief Portfolio Manager of MSI GuaranteedWeather, LLC (MSI GW - a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd), Brad Hoggatt is responsible for the financial performance of the company's global weather derivative, insurance, and commodity portfolios. He currently serves on the Weather Risk Management Association (WRMA) Board of Directors as Vice President.
Prior to joining MSI GW, Mr. Hoggatt was Portfolio Manager, Europe for Aquila Energy's Weather Derivatives Group where he was one of the founding members of the team. Mr. Hoggatt has been involved in the weather derivatives market since 1999.
Before entering the weather market, Mr. Hoggatt was employed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a researcher with emphasis on numerical weather prediction and data assimilation. He received his Masters and Bachelors of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As Vice President Weather Trading, Kevin Colgan plays an instrumental role in building and managing the Company's portfolio of weather-related risks. He also interacts with key customers to design and implement hedging strategies for their underlying business operations.
Mr. Colgan joined MSIGW in 2000 when the team operated within Aquila Energy. Prior to this, he worked at Coastal Power and Koch Industries.
Mr. Colgan received his Bachelors of Science in Finance from Kansas State University.
