Amy Johnson - CHRO

As Highspot's Chief People Officer, Amy's work is centered around enhancing the journey for every person and driving business outcomes that start with the employee experience. Amy has brought her passion for building thriving cultures and designing well-intentioned employee experiences to the forefront of companies over the past 25 years. She has worked in both small and large tech companies where scaling for high growth has been a key theme. Her professional experiences include building HR service delivery for a Fortune 100 company, leading M&A centers of expertise, and developing talent strategies to execute business success. Most recently, Amy was Chief People Officer for locally headquartered Bungie Studios and prior to that Amy held a variety of leadership roles at VMWare.

Andy Champion

Job Titles:
  • Vice President and General Manager, Highspot EMEA
Andy leads our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) operations. Prior to joining Highspot, Andy was most recently Vice President of Enterprise Sales for EMEA at DocuSign. While at DocuSign, he helped build out a new go-to-market approach that delivered in 2.5x growth. Previous sales leadership roles included Oracle, Responsys, and Yext, where he helped lead a successful IPO.

Bhrighu Sareen

Bhrighu is President of Product & Engineering, working on our product strategy to define and deliver products with world-class design and unmatched security. A 17-year Microsoft veteran, Bhrighu was previously Corporate Vice President for Microsoft Teams, responsible for Microsoft Teams Platform, Compliance and Information Protection, as well as the Customer, Partner and IT Pro audiences. Bhrighu is passionate about supporting customers to optimize their investments, empowering their organizations to digitally transform, and listening to their feedback to continuously learn how to improve customer outcomes.

Chris Larson - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial Officer
Chris oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, human resources and risk management. Prior to Highspot, Chris held a variety of roles at Amazon including accounting lead for AWS, coordinator of Amazon's worldwide accounting close, and as a leader within the SEC reporting and policy team. Most recently, Chris built the accounting team and operations infrastructure at Porch.com.

David Wortendyke - CTO, Founder

As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, David oversees all aspects of design, product management, engineering, and operations. Before Highspot, David brought a number of products to market at Microsoft, including Windows NT, Office, and Visual Studio, and served as Partner Architect for Windows Azure.

Haley Katsman

Job Titles:

  • Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Account Development
As Vice President of Revenue Strategy, Haley leads enablement, operations, and analytics for Highspot's global go-to-market teams. In addition, she leads the company's account development team focused on pipeline generation. She combines a passion for developing the next generation of leaders with deep go-to-market expertise. Haley's leadership builds on proven marketing and sales experience from several notable Fortune 500 companies, spanning consumer products, commercial real estate, marketing, and advertising.

Jon Perera - CMO

Jon leads marketing, community, and the partner ecosystem. Jon directed numerous go-to-market teams over 18 years at Microsoft, including a tenure as general manager of business operations for Microsoft's international headquarters in Paris, France. Prior to Highspot, Jon served as vice president of the Adobe Document Cloud.

Jyl Feliciano

At Highspot, Jyl Feliciano's mission is to empower every employee to own the creation and evolution of inclusion and belonging. With more than 15 years of experience shaping high-performing cultures at Fortune 500 companies including MetLife, Cognizant, Conagra Brands, and Advocate Aurora Health System, Jyl has led change initiatives by challenging organizations to move beyond dialogue and into action around topics of diversity, power, privilege, and allyship.

Matt Boisen - Chief Legal Officer

Matt manages our legal affairs and regulatory compliance. Previously, he served as Vice President and Head of Legal Affairs at System1, where he established the legal team and guided the sale of the company to an eventual acquisition by a private equity firm. Before System1, Matt served as Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Blucora (NASDAQ: BCOR) and Director of Legal at Support.com (NASDAQ: SPRT).

Matt Weil

Matt brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience to our company. Prior to Highspot, Matt held sales executive roles at Verisign, Teneros, Neustar, and, most recently, at Sunrun, where he scaled the company from a venture-funded startup through a successful IPO in 2015.

Oliver Sharp

Oliver, our co-founder and Chief Solution Architect, is passionate about partnering with customers to solve their growth and enablement challenges. Oliver has co-founded various companies, including Colusa, which was acquired by Microsoft, and iTurf, which he helped to take public in 1999. Oliver is also the author of the industry's definitive guide to sales enablement.

Robert Wahbe - CEO, Founder

Robert is Highspot's co-founder and CEO, leading our mission to transform the way that millions of people work. Prior to founding Highspot in 2012, Robert spent more than 15 years as Corporate Vice President of the Server and Tools Division at Microsoft. A veteran entrepreneur, he also co-founded Colusa, a cross-language virtual machine that was acquired by Microsoft in 1996.
