As senior partner in Hjort & Frøik, I offer many years of experience within management, business development, recruitment, and learning, in addition to a sound and broad technical understanding in relation to technology implementation of bigger and smaller solutions in your organisation. I hold an educational degree as engineer and have many years of management experience in the it-telecom industry, where I in previous roles as General Manager, Sales and Project Director have lead and developed strategic business areas and projects in large international companies. Hallmarks of my competences are my many years of experience as well as particular abilities to understand and solve complex issues and at the same time create customer-focussed adaptations that subsequently make it easier to implement and utilise new knowledge in your organisation. I quickly create an overview of your challenges and subsequently guides you safely through.
As Managing Partner in Hjort & Frøik, I offer broad experience within business and leadership development, culture, learning, and recruitment. I am professionally well-founded with a broad portfolio of educations in biochemistry, psychotherapy (gestalt therapy), social and personality psychology as well as a Master in Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University. I am passionate to make a difference for our customers and approach new tasks based on my personal mantra that we must not forget the importance and understanding of the interaction between business, culture, people, and organisations. A philosophical and analytical approach and understanding are hallmarks of my skills and competences in working with people and development-oriented assignments in your organisation.
