Issam Nofal, CEO of IROC Technologies has held various positions with the company for over 23 years as Product Manager, Project Leader, and R&D Engineer. He has authored and co-authored several papers in the field of test and reliability of Integrated Circuits. He graduated from ENSERG and holds a PhD in Microelectronics from INPG, France.
Cyrille Beltrando, SERTEST Director has 20 years of experience in SER testing, completing several hundred tested devices and over more than a hundred test campaigns. The Soft Error Rate testing is a very challenging business operation in terms of planning, costs, and risk management. Cyrille's strong sense of business optimization, from designing test strategy to execution and analysis, enables IROC to offer flexible radiation test services to a wide range of industry sectors. Over the years, Cyrille has built trust and confidence with a large network of international testing facilities and with many recurring customers. Cyrille holds a MS EE with honors in transmission systems from INPG/ENSERG.
Dr. Bozena Kaminska is a prolific inventor with major contributions to science and innovation in multiple areas: design and test, wireless sensor networks, and nano-optical security.

Maximilien Glorieux, CTO at IROC has more than 10 years of experience in radiation effects on advanced technologies. He manages the SERPRO Group, in charge of soft-error and reliability analysis of complex circuits and systems for terrestrial and space applications, as well as radiation testing of complex or custom products for specific environments. In addition, he leads the development of SoCFIT, an EDA tool which assesses soft error propagation in digital complex circuits and evaluates the system level error rates. Maximilien holds a PhD in Microelectronics from Aix-Marseille University. He collaborated with STMicroelectronics focusing on the modeling of single-event-effects and radiation hardening in advanced CMOS technologies.
Minji Lee, Sales Director at IROC Technologies is responsible for sales activities in soft error software solutions for foundries, fabless companies, and IDMs. She has over eight years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry. Before joining IROC, Minji worked at Dolphin Design, where she was responsible for IP sales and worked with customers and partners in the semiconductor ecosystem. Minji holds a Master of International Management from Grenoble IAE.
