Alan Lyu Work experience: From July,2018-Now Work as Project Manager in Anhui Jantle Marine Engineering Co.,Ltd. Responsibility for follow the projects and coordinate the clientes, company and shipyards. Characteristic: More than 6 years working as a seaman. Much familiar with the structure and machineries of the ships as well as the daily operations and maintenance.
Dong Zhen Work experience: From 2017 until now: as the Vice general manager and the Manager of Marketing Department in the company. Accumulated resourceful experience in shipbuilding, shipping management, International trade and fishing management, and have set up wider relations in West African countries. Characteristic: Open personality, with good capacity of communication. I can use English and Portugal fluently as working language.
Henry Luo Work experience: From May.2008 until now: Assistant General Manager. Long time to cooperation with foreign customer directly, which improve my ability to extremely fully understand the original requirement from customer. Characteristic: Stronger communication, professional correspondence which can get customer trust and shipyard support.
Kang Shengli Work experience: From 2006 until now: as the Vice general manager in the company and the head of Engineering department. Provide the technical support, construction process control, pre-control management of ship quotation and funds and costs of construction to reduce delivery risks. Characteristic: Many years' technical and business experience, careful and responsible.
Lu Chuan Tian Work experience: From 2006 until now: as Office Manager. Since the establishment of the company, everything has been done to provide the best support for other departments of the company. Characteristic: Serious, responsible and hard-working.
Qian Jun Work experience: From 2013.04 to date: Vice GM & Technical manager.Working scope includes shipbuilding technical negotiation, design, technical support, coordinating owner /class, as well as project management, etc. Characteristic: With twenty years of shipbuilding design & technical managing experience, and have extensive professional knowledge and regulation comprehension as well as excellent communication and good recognizing skill.
Rita Yuan Work experience: From Dec.2008 until now: Import and Export Department Manager. Import the Main Equipment of vessels from overseas; Export the whole vessels abroad; English translator and interpreter for the projects. Characteristic: With more than ten years working experience in the international trading area. I have a responsible attitude, and a good team member. Keep improving myself.
Work experience: From 2008 until now: served as Assistant general manager and Manager of the finance department. She has been engaged in accounting for many years, and is familiar with all positions in finance.
