JTC, Inc. was founded in 1968 by John Turner. Mr. Turner was born in London, England. After WWII John entered a trade school as a young man and trained as a Journeymen painter in London. Mr. Turner immigrated to the United States and worked his way up to regional manager for what was then one of the largest painting contractors in the country. In 1968 he founded John Turner Contracting in Albuquerque, NM. He grew the company into the largest and most respected painting company in New Mexico. Mr. Turner retired in 1996...
