Having started out working at a large, statewide commercial law firm, our founding partner, John Kingman Keating, sought to offer his clients the sophisticated legal services they required without all the other trappings of a large commercial law practice. In 1988 Mr. Keating, a fourth-generation Orlando native, began his firm providing legal representation in the areas of real estate transactions and land development, bank and financial institution loan transactions, and business formations and transitions (operations, mergers, sales and purchases of business entities, including buy-sell agreements)...
