The Lawyers Trust Fund is grateful for the support of the more than 400 Illinois financial institutions that hold IOLTA accounts. LTF is ready to answer your questions and help your bank follow the requirements for establishing and maintaining IOLTA accounts. The current safe harbor IOLTA rate is 3.85%... LTF's grants support non-profit organizations that provide a legal safety net for low-income people with desperate needs and nowhere else to turn. In 2022, the legal aid grantees funded by LTF provided services in nearly 110,000 legal matters.
