Geoffrey L. Tassinari, Chairman & CEO, is a French national who was educated in France and in the USA. He started his career as an Associate in Capital Markets/Derivatives at Salomon Brothers in New York before moving on to financial engineering, international capital markets and multi-asset class management as an investment banker in the City (Vice President at Citigroup and Managing Director at SG Warburg in London). Geoffrey is based in Antananarivo and Dubai where he oversees the investment strategy, the major relationships and the fund raising. He sits on the Board of various companies in Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique and Europe. He is the current Chairman of the Malagasy Private Equity Association (AMIC), a former member of the Frontier Markets Council of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) and the former Treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce in Madagascar (AmCham). Geoffrey, MA (Honours) - MBA (Dean's List), is an alumnus of Columbia and Harvard B-Schools as well as of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Defense Nationale (IHEDN). He is a graduate of the FT-Non Executive Program (London) and an honorary officer of the French army.

Richard L. Rambinintsoa, COO, was educated in France and holds a dual Malagasy-French citizenship. After graduating from business school in Paris, he spent the earlier part of his professional life in the sports business working for the Nastase Academy in Switzerland. He then joined BML where he was the agent for the top WTA French ladies players. Over the last 15 years, Richard built a solid experience in managing growth companies in Madagascar as well as an excellent track record of shareholder value creation. Among other ventures,he co-started a leading parapharmaceutical company and a media company producing very successful TV programs and magazines. At MDP, Richard is dealing with an investment portfolio including start-ups as well as more mature companies with high growth potential. He is involved with all operational aspects of the portfolio, specifically with new investments where strong execution is a key success factor. He sits on the Board of various companies in Madagascar in the health, media, real estate, transport and service sectors.
