Our team consists of three project managers, an architectural firm, multiple engineering firms, and an interior designer. Together we have over 30 years of expertise in various construction projects. We specialize in commercial developments and renovations, multi-family homes, and residential developments, generator installation on water treatment plant, and emergency services buildings... Metro-Dwellings, LLC, founded in 2006, is a full-service construction firm providing construction management, design-build and general contracting. The firm is headquartered in Columbia, S.C. Mr. Kevin Giles is the founder and president of Metro-Dwellings.
