Amy Wojtalewicz - CFO

As our Chief Financial Officer, Amy oversees all financial, IT, and Human Resource processes. Amy joined Pharmacal in 2009, following years in finance and operations. Her valuable experience across manufacturing and distribution businesses, within private equity portfolios and publicly held companies, is an asset. Prior to joining Pharmacal, Amy held a variety of financial positions including Controller at Catalent and various roles at Cardinal Health. An early Pharmacal achievement was successfully leading the due diligence and onboarding of the MG217 brand acquisition. Her degree is in Science in Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Human Resources and a minor in Accounting from Marquette University; and a CPA from the Illinois Board of Examiners. Amy enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two children.

Heath Ashenfelter - CEO

Heath joins Pharmacal from Fleet Farm, headquartered in Appleton, where he served as the Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer. Previously, he served as the Chief Merchandising Officer at True Value Hardware Stores. Heath also spent 10 years at The Scotts Company, in a variety of roles of escalating responsibility. He has a track record of growing sales and margins, optimizing company performance and building strong teams within a great culture. Heath resides in West Bend with his wife Heidi, and their children, Ava and Charlotte. Interests and hobbies are spending time with family and friends, traveling, sports and philanthropy.

Jody Currie

Responsible for strategically identifying and assessing potential new technologies and product opportunities. Jody directs and manages the new product development processes while nurturing strategic partnerships. Her specialty is to provide ongoing technical and regulatory education support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Jody has held a variety of leadership roles which include both Director of Business Development and Director of Education at Executive Director Inc.; Assistant Director of Education Outreach at Cardinal Stritch University, College of Education; Chemistry Instructor and Dean of Students at Hong Kong International School.

Keith Strom - VP of Sales

Keith is a driven leader, an expert in change management and brings a history of over 25 years of sales leadership and growth results leading national companies such as Fiskars Brands, The Lang Companies, and Primitives by Kathy. His success is highlighted by achieving "vendor of the year" at Staples, Office Depot, Target and Walmart. Keith's focus is to strategically grow our current base of distribution, while acquiring new customers. He is responsible for managing customer profitability, key house accounts and third-party sales teams, and establishing our sales objectives by forecasting developing annual sales and margin targets. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Minnesota State University-Moorhead Keith's interests include: Game night with family, snowmobiling, horticulture, Wisconsin fish frys and Saturday night bon fires at the lake.

Ken Nelson - VP of Sales

Ken is an empathetic communicator with over thirty years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry in the areas of sales and product placement within the drug wholesale and grocery channels. He has worked with several fortune 500 brands including Nabisco, Colgate Palmolive, Chinet and Excedrin. Ken's overall focus is to strategically increase distribution by expanding our customer base and increasing the number of products carried by our existing customer base. He is responsible for managing third- party sales teams and establishing sales objectives and forecasting annual sales and profit margin targets. Ken holds a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh An avid hiker and bicyclist, he has completed the Door County Century Ride, Race the Lake, and Bike to the Beat. Travel, cooking and exploring new food venues are his other pursuits.
