Fundamental restructuring took place, with the introduction of modern equipment by Bühler's technology in order to keep pace with international companies, which deal with this activity. Monitoring the fat content of final products is done by NIRS method on INFRATEC 1241 of producer FOSS-Sweden. Checking the accuracy of the results of fat content in brewers grits compared to the reference method by Soxhlet was investigated in the paper: »Comparison of The Reference Method and NIRS Baset Method for Determination of Fat Content in Corn Grits« and presented at the World Congress in San Francisco in September 2006. Complete monitoring of compliance with quality requirements of raw materials and also of final products is in line with certificates regarding the quality system ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 requirements of the system.
