Milano Development was founded by Joseph S. Milano in 1972. From the first houses back in those early years, to our latest subdivisions and commercial buildings, quality has always been the basic ingredient in a Milano-crafted building. ​Through the years, Milano Development has built more than 250 homes along the Connecticut shoreline and Mr. Milano has maintained an active presence in the local home building community... For the past 25 years, the company has been transitioning to the next generation. Currently, David Milano handles the day-to-day operations including commercial leasing and management. Milano Development has been proud to call Madison home for more than 50 years and has recently built a new headquarters at 40 Mungertown Road. We look forward to many more years of business on the Connecticut shoreline.
