Adrian joined ABS as interim CFO in December 2021 after serving as CFO of Sure Fit Home Décor, a Centre Lane Partners portfolio company. Adrian brings over 20 years of experience.
Adrian's experience includes FP&A & operational improvement, consulting services to private equity clients, and deal management teams. Adrian received his B.B.A. cum laude from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and his M.B.A. from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and a member of the AICPA.

Chanece leads ABS's inside sales and accounts management team responsible for customer service operations and overall customer satisfaction. She has prior experience managing sales, customer service, and operations and is driven by providing excellent customer support. Chanece takes pride in assisting customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing all of ABS' services.
Charles has decades of experience in finance and accounting. He has worked in various finance roles at Ferrellgas and Aramark Correctional Services. Charles received his BA in Finance from Oklahoma State University, and he now serves as the controller at ABS, where he has implemented the accounting and payroll software.

Chris is an industry veteran who joined ABS after leading global sales teams in diagnostics, toxicology, and forensic segments at companies such as Thermo Fisher, Stericycle, and Abbott. Chris brings deep and wide experience in diagnostics and specifically toxicology testing. He also provides a wealth of commercial leadership experience and expertise.

Christoper is an experienced manager skilled in implementing culture change, operations and personnel management, and employee development. He has experience working in highly regulated industries and possesses expert knowledge in developing and adherence to quality management systems. Before joining ABS, Chris was General Manager for Pace Analytical and Laboratory Manager for Belmont Labs.
Derek joined the ABS commercial team in 2017 after graduating from Texas A&M University. Derek graduated with a degree in biology and has laboratory experience from his work at Texas A&M and within the veterinary field. Derek's educational and professional background assures ABS Customers are receiving expert customer support.

Erin translates her years of consultative field sales experience into operations and project management and is focused on building cross-region and cross-functional relationships to provide outstanding customer service. She is passionate about finding solutions and improving experiences for internal and external customers alike.
Gayla is a Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas and has more than 30 years of experience in customer service. Her experience spans the telecommunications, manufacturing, and medical/pharmacy-related industries, and she provides customer service to our clients, vendors, and partners.

James brings 25 years of experience in the medical diagnostic field to ABS. Before joining ABS, James held various sales, sales management, marketing, and operations positions at DuPont, Beckman Coulter, Immucor, and the University of Delaware's Office of Technology Development. He holds a BS from Marietta College and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.

- Applications Scientist II
James joined ABS in 2017 after decades of laboratory experience, beginning with his work at Baylor Medical Center and his role as Certifying Scientist at Ellyve, LLC. He was a chemistry and physics research assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington and a Research Assistant II and Laboratory Technician at the UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Joe has a proven track record of maximizing profitability by building commercial teams in highly complex and competitive businesses. He has demonstrated consistent above-market growth performance by creating and executing sales and operational strategies. As an industry veteran, Joe brings a solid understanding of ABS products and markets and has held leadership roles at Abbott, Baxter Healthcare, Leica Biosystems, and Alere, Inc.
Legend is a proven human resources leader and business partner in the healthcare arena. Before ABS, Legend worked for Intrepid USA Healthcare Services. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources from Liberty University.

Lily specializes in production sample testing, quality control, and analysis within CLIA-accredited toxicology and hemp laboratories. Lily manages the day-to-day operations of a high complexity lab at ABS and has maintained ABS Labs ISO 17025 accreditation surveillance. She received her BS in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Marco has many years of experience in the Pharma/CRO industry and has extensive expertise in LCMS technology and supporting pharma and CRO clinical operations. He worked as a field engineer for ABS for 15 years before transitioning to his current role as North American Service Manager.
Paul joins ABS with multiple sales roles at industry-leading companies such as Ciba-Corning, Curtin Matheson, Abbott, Coulter, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Sysmex. He is an experienced clinical laboratory sales professional in toxicology, chemistry, and immunoassay. Paul is knowledgeable in laboratory regulatory compliance and credentialed as a Technical Supervisor and Consultant for COLA accredited drug screening labs.
Randy started with ABS in 2021. He translated his years of technical industry experience at companies such as DuPont Clinical and Sequoia Turner Hematology to found and operate his own service company. He is leveraging this extensive experience in his current role as Director of Operations at ABS.

His expertise is in sales operations/customer service, account management, sales management, and regional key account management. Rashid is passionate about helping customers improve laboratory operations.

Simon has been in the laboratory testing industry for over 25 years. He is an established innovator and business leader specializing in mass spectrometry, scientific and instrument support services, and strategic lab operations. His experience includes expertise with analytical instrument management processes and controls and regulatory compliance for new laboratory site builds.
Stephanie started with ABS in 2018 on the Sales Support Team, overseeing relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. In addition to assisting clients, she is a member of ABS' auditing team and has prior experience in auditing, data management, and customer service. Stephanie is passionate about providing outstanding service to clients.

Given his years of military service, years of experience in the laboratory operations industry, and roles with OEM organizations, Steve has the wide-ranging experience to provide leadership for the IA team.

Wendy is accomplished in medical devices, consumables, capital equipment, project coordination, and marketing strategy initiatives and has a strong business development history.

Yuran is a highly motivated and qualified sales professional with a substantial operational sales success record. He has served in the analytical sciences industry for over a decade across technical and commercial roles. Yuran was a mass spectrometry specialist with Waters Corporation, helping customers navigate and choose the best LCMS solutions for their needs. Yuran has a broad and wide range of experience to support customers.
