Alfonzo Alexander serves as chief ethics and diversity officer of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and president of NASBA's Center for the Public Trust (CPT). As chief ethics and diversity officer, Alexander oversees strategic diversity initiatives and ethics compliance for the organization, while facilitating a number of special projects working with the CEO. Alexander became president of the CPT in January 2012. In his role as CPT President, Alexander oversees this ethics and leadership organization's day-to-day operations and a growing number of CPT programs. Under his leadership, the CPT has cultivated new partnerships and built programs on nearly 100 college and university campuses across the United States, established Ethical Leadership Certification and Training Programs, and grown its Being a Difference Award Program extensively. Alexander joined NASBA in 2006 as a staff director and vice president of the CPT. It was during this time, Alexander developed the strategic plan for the CPT. Prior to joining NASBA, Alexander served as the regional manager and managing director for the Southeast Region of INROADS, Inc., where he led operations and business development in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. He joined INROADS as managing director of its Memphis office and experienced progressive growth throughout his tenure there. Before joining INROADS, Alexander held several leadership positions in operations management and human resources at the Quaker Oats Company. He also leads the Alexander Success Group, Inc. Through this firm, Alexander and his team provide leadership and strategic business consulting and training services for companies throughout the United States. Alexander is a business school graduate of Tennessee Tech University. He also earned an MBA from Lipscomb University, and completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Alexander is certified through several organizations as a facilitator and is a certified professional coach through Coach Training Alliance. In 2017, he received the Distinguished Alumni award from Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, and in 2019, he was featured in the February edition of Southwest The Magazine. Alexander has a passion for working in the community. Currently, he is the vice chairman of the PhD Project board of directors, and secretary and executive committee member of the board of directors for the Memorial Foundation. He is also a graduate and selection committee member of Leadership Nashville. Because of his commitment to education, Alexander serves on the Board of Trustees for Belmont University, Dean's Advisory Board for the Lipscomb University College of Business, Tennessee Tech University College of Business Advisory Board, the International Board of Governors of Beta Gamma Sigma, and the board of directors of the Metropolitan Nashville Public Education Foundation. Additionally, Alexander is a current member and former chairman of Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Middle TN, past-chairman of the board for the 100 Black Men of Middle TN and a former member of the Metropolitan Nashville Sports Authority Board of Directors.

Cheryl Farrar currently serves as NASBA's chief information officer (CIO). She is responsible for managing and positioning the services required of an IT outsourcing managed services agreement to align with NASBA's evolving business needs as the CPA profession changes. While working closely with the business units, Farrar develops strategic plans and an IT roadmap to optimize services delivered while prioritizing within a highly complex technical environment. She is also a key member of NASBA's Enterprise Risk Management Committee. As NASBA's former chief sourcing and strategy officer, Farrar managed global sourcing efforts and played a vital role in managing NASBA's largest information technology outsourcing agreement with CGI and other IT related contracts. Farrar also oversaw the strategic planning process for NASBA at the organizational and operational levels, and assisted state boards, as requested. Previously, for six years, Farrar served as NASBA's chief information officer (CIO). During her time as CIO, the Association achieved tremendous progress in the assessment and stabilization of its information technology organization and systems landscape while improving NASBA's cybersecurity posture. Under Farrar's leadership, NASBA completed modernizing a major system to support NASBA's CPA Examination Services division. Prior to her role at NASBA, Farrar served as senior vice president for strategic sourcing with Universal Music Group's global IT organization. As senior vice president, Farrar was responsible for establishing the overall service provider and IT sourcing direction and management for the organization, and for providing leadership in the vision, planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of various critical information systems. For the last three years, Farrar has served as a board member for TechBridge Tennessee, which is a non-profit that works to break the cycle of generational poverty through the innovative use of technology to transform non-profit and community impact. Farrar is also the founder of the Spirit Oaks Ranch Equine Therapeutic Center (north of Los Angeles, CA) and White Fawn Farm Equine Therapeutic Center (south of Nashville, TN). Both centers specialize in providing equine related services to children, youth and adults with special-needs and other life challenges. Her education includes graduating from Pierce College with a liberal arts associate degree and The University of Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in business management and administration. As Chief Information Officer, Cheryl Farrar provides vision and manages the global sourcing efforts of NASBA's information technology outsourcing agreement and other IT related contracts. She also oversees the strategic planning process for NASBA and is a key member of NASBA's Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Colleen K. Conrad, CPA, serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer of NASBA. She is responsible for all operations of NASBA including services related to the CPA Examination, CPA licensing, the National CPA Registry and other services and products, as well as IT and risk management. Conrad also oversees governmental, international and professional relationships. She brings more than 25 years of accounting expertise and leadership to NASBA. As a former partner in a large regional CPA firm, she practiced in the firm's Real Estate Services Group, providing real estate, attest, tax and consulting services to clients nationwide. Before joining NASBA, Conrad served on the Missouri Board of Accountancy, with two terms as chair. Her contributions to NASBA as a committee member and featured speaker during NASBA forums date back to 1997. A longtime member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Conrad served a three-year term on the AICPA Council. She was a member of the AICPA Board of Examiners for 10 years, serving one term as chair. A Kansas native, Conrad is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs and past president and member of the St. Louis Society of Women CPAs. Among her numerous honors, she was named as an AICPA/Missouri CPA Woman-to-Watch, Experienced Leader in 2008. In January 2014, she was appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) for a four-year term. Conrad earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Truman State University and she was named Outstanding Alumna in 2015. She also earned a master's of science in leadership from Washington University in St. Louis.

Daniel Dustin, CPA, joined NASBA on January 1, 2012, as vice president, state board relations. In this role, Dustin serves as an advocate for State Boards of Accountancy and finds new ways and opportunities to provide support and service to NASBA's member boards. Prior to joining NASBA, Dustin served as executive secretary of the New York State Board for Public Accountancy, an appointment that was made in 1998 by the New York State Board of Regents. As executive secretary, Dustin was responsible for professional licensing, practice and conduct, including professional discipline of Certified Public Accountants and Public Accountants in New York. A key point person in the regulatory process, Dustin monitored the evolution of professional practice at national and state levels, and developed and drafted proposed legislation and amendments to New York State accountancy rules and regulations. The 2010 recipient of NASBA's prestigious Lorraine P. Sachs Standard of Excellence Award for distinction in accountancy regulation and public protection, Dustin is former chair of NASBA's CPA Examination and Administration Committee, Accountancy Licensee Database Task Force and Executive Directors Committee. He also served as a member of the AICPA's Peer Review Task Force and Board of Examiners, including having chaired the BOE's Operations Committee. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Clarkson University, and became a licensed CPA in 1988.

Ken L. Bishop is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), a forum for the nation's 55 U.S. Boards of Accountancy that administer the Uniform CPA Examination and regulate the practice of public accountancy in the U.S. In this role, Bishop heads the association's operations in its Nashville, TN headquarters, as well as its offices in New York, NY, San Juan, PR, and an international testing and call center in Hagatna, Guam. He also serves as CEO of NASBA's ethics arm, the NASBA Center for the Public Trust (CPT). Fulfilling NASBA's mission is at the forefront of Bishop's goals. As president and CEO, Bishop has worked to strengthen NASBA's relations with State Boards of Accountancy, State CPA Societies and regulatory bodies world-wide. He has also spearheaded initiatives to address the growing need for greater diversity within NASBA, Boards of Accountancy and the accounting profession. His commitment to public protection is further evidenced through significant investments made to enhance NASBA's technologies, resources and infrastructure, which have positioned NASBA as a more relevant, financially-strong and globally-recognized organization. Prior to acceding to the president and CEO role in January 2012, Bishop served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of NASBA, where he was responsible for leading NASBA's business and testing operations, and was instrumental in the adoption of legislation for "CPA Mobility." Additionally, he played a key role in the international administration of the U.S. CPA Examination, which is now offered in Japan, South Korea, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, India, Nepal, Israel and Europe. Bishop joined NASBA on January 1, 2007, as president and CEO of Professional Credential Services (PCS), NASBA's former wholly owned subsidiary, and director of CPA examination operations. During his tenure as president of PCS, the company grew to provide services to more than 50 professions, both nationally and internationally. Before joining NASBA, Bishop maintained a successful career in the areas of state government and law enforcement, having served in roles including executive director of the Missouri State Board of Accountancy, assistant director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety, undercover narcotics officer, under-sheriff, chief of police and commander of the Missouri Major Case Squad. A Missouri native, Bishop holds a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Missouri Columbia, a master's degree in criminal justice, and is a graduate of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government Executive Program. He is also a graduate of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy and the Federal Criminal Justice Academy. Currently, Bishop serves as a member of the Vanderbilt University MAcc Advisory Board and the Nashville Downtown Partnership Board of Directors. He is a former member of The PhD Project Board of Directors, where he served as Nominating Committee chair. Among his honors include being named to Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting, from 2011-2021. Lisa Dampf serves as chief human resources officer of NASBA. Dampf began her career with NASBA in 1997, when NASBA relocated its headquarters from New York to Tennessee. Throughout her tenure at NASBA, she has worked in a variety of roles including payroll manager, benefits manager and human resources director. She was named CHRO in August 2013. Prior to joining NASBA, Dampf worked in adolescent psychiatric treatment as a director of admissions and marketing and business manager. In this role, Dampf collaborated with judges, court officials, doctors, counselors and educators to determine appropriate treatment for adolescents. She also has experience in the private benefit industry where she served as a senior account manager, working with wealth management and group benefit clients. Dampf attended Lipscomb University and Nashville State Technical College. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management. Among Dampf's passions is helping individuals identify their strengths and talents. She has a genuine love of people and enjoys working with her team to develop programs to improve the culture at NASBA and to make employees recognize they are valued and appreciated. Dampf is also involved within the community. She developed a ladies' program through her church and has coached youth softball and basketball teams through the years. She also loves spending time at the beach with her family.

Caldwell was hired by NASBA in November 2003 to create an in-house legal department and subsequently created a new business development department. As NASBA general counsel, Caldwell managed litigation matters for NASBA; and as director of business development, she managed development of several NASBA products including ALL, Wall Certificate Services and the creation of NASBAregistry.org. As a natural extension of her work experience with NASBA, Caldwell was asked to lead the Compliance Services department in February 2011 as director, and assumed the new position of chief legal officer in January 2012. Prior to joining NASBA, Caldwell served as general counsel of Sirrom Capital Corporation, a public company specializing in mezzanine debt offerings formerly headquartered in Nashville. She also worked as an associate with the law firms of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles, CA. A graduate of Duke University School of Law, Caldwell became a member of the Bar of the State of California in 1988 and a member of the Bar of the State of Tennessee in 1991. Caldwell and her husband, Billy Ray, live in Nashville and are proud parents of three children. Maria Caldwell, Esq., currently serves as NASBA's chief legal officer and director of compliance services. Michael R. Bryant, CPA, serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of NASBA and the NASBA Center for the Public Trust (CPT). Bryant works alongside fellow executive team members, ensuring the company's strategies are executed successfully and its mission of supporting boards of accountancy is fulfilled. Bryant began his career with PriceWaterhouse and continued in public accounting for eight years. In 1990, he joined Genesco, Inc., where he served as manager of financial reporting in the Corporate Accounting area. He joined NASBA in 1997 as controller, became CFO in 2007, and senior vice president in 2012. Bryant is a member of the AICPA, the Tennessee Society of CPAs and has led stewardship drives and served as a finance committee member at his church. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Chapter of Financial Executives Institute, International. He has performed improvisational comedy with various theater groups (including ImprovNashville and Music City Improv) and leads professional development classes based on principles of improvisational theatre. Bryant earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University and obtained his CPA license in 1982. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. A native Nashvillian, Bryant and his comedy-improvising wife Sheryl, currently reside in Brentwood, TN, with their two funny children.

Roy Hall serves as chief information security and data privacy officer (CISO/DPO) of NASBA, which includes responsibilities for cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, privacy and compliance. He joined NASBA in 2014. Prior to joining NASBA, Hall provided CISO, audit, ethical hacking and other security design consulting services to banks, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, marketing, financial institutions and other consulting firms. Before starting his own consulting firm, he had several technical and leadership positions in information technology, security, audit and compliance to include Fresenius Medical, Renal Care Group, Sprint Telecommunications, USAir and Piedmont airlines. Hall is frequently invited to speak as an expert in cybersecurity at public and private events discussing today's most relevant threats. He also works closely with the local FBI cybersecurity division, and was recently nominated as CISO of the year for the Nashville Technology Council. Hall earned his degree from Nashville State Technical College, his B.S. degree from Mid America Nazarene College and now specializes in AWS cloud security tools and services. Hall also holds several security certifications that include AWS, CISSP, CISM, CRISC and CISA and specializes in logging systems, threat management, end point security and application security assurance.

Thomas G. Kenny serves as NASBA's chief communications officer. Mr. Kenny joined NASBA in April 1992. During his tenure at NASBA, he has served in various roles throughout the organization. Prior to being named CCO, Mr. Kenny served as communications director. Under his leadership, NASBA successfully launched its Communications & Outreach program, which offers a variety of creative services for State Boards of Accountancy.
