Alexa Evans, Marketing Manager - Alexa joined New Business Directions in 2021. She takes care of the social media, newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing duties. She earned a BA in Theatre with a minor in Interdisciplinary Arts from Eckerd College and has been involved with the accounting industry since 2009. In her spare time, Alexa loves teaching ballet to students in her community and leads fitness classes for adults on Zoom.

Britney Schaub, Office Manager and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor - Britney joined our team in 2016 as our Office Assistant and has since worked her way up to becoming a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Britney has lived in the Mount Washington Valley for past 10 years and has two wonderful children. She recently obtained her Associate's Degree in Business from SNHU, where she is working on her Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance. Britney is Certified in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and is also certified in BILL, TSheets, and Hubdoc.
Rhonda Rosand, CPA and CEO - Rhonda is a one-of-a-kind, live-your-dreams business coach and trainer. She has real-world business experience, well-honed problem-solving skills and an enthusiastic, energetic, can-do attitude. She believes that a successful business stays that way not only by managing its finances well, but also through a proactive plan that includes marketing, strong customer service, and long-range planning.
Rhonda has been working in the accounting profession since 1986. A QuickBooks® Pro Advisor since 2005, Rhonda helps mid-market organizations streamline their accounting process through accounting system implementations and custom workflow development. Rhonda is certified in QuickBooks® Point of Sale, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, and has earned the designation of Advanced Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor. She is a member of the AICPA and NHSCPA, as well as NHTAP. Rhonda has held the esteemed title of Insightful Accountant Top 100 ProAdvisor since 2014. Rhonda is also certified in ACCTivate! an inventory management software, BILL, TSheets, and Hubdoc. In her spare time, she is a member of the Mount Washington Valley Toastmasters club and enjoys hiking with Mr. Freckles the dog!
Suzy Halwick, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor - Suzy attended Hartwick College in New York state and the University of Maine. She has over 30 years of experience working with professional service and nonprofit organizations. Suzy uses our advanced technology platform to provide our customers with recordkeeping, payroll, reporting and billing services. Suzy is Certified in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, and is also certified in BILL, TSheets, and Hubdoc. Suzy is our world traveler and spends most of her time in Rockland, ME and Puerto Rico. Suzy loves her cat Loki and sailing!
Trudi Kasianchuk, Support Assistant - Trudi obtained her undergraduate degree from Rivier College and a Masters of Education from Simmons. Trudi is a retired Culinary Arts teacher from Kennett High School, where she developed the Culinary Arts program and Mineral Spring Cafe. We appreciate Trudi for making our lives easier and keeping us well fed. She also makes sure all our plants don't die!
