He is a former corporate transformation executive in drastically changing industries: CIO at Delta Hotels when Expedia disrupted the hotel business; and VP Corporate Development & General Manager USA for the technology business of Envoy Communication Group when design and marketing agencies started to become digital.
As CIO of Delta Hotels, Edmond led an ambitious transformation that allowed the company to advantageously navigate its rapidly changing industry - with disruptors such as Expedia and Travelocity entering the market. Delta expanded while realizing double-digit improvements in productivity, quality and customer service. Following CP Hotels' acquisition of Delta and Fairmont, Edmond co-led the merger and strategic transformation of the IT function, which became a key competitive advantage. After Fairmont, he joined Sage Information Consultants as it was being acquired by Envoy Communication - an international group of design and marketing agencies. Edmond held the dual role of VP Corporate Development and General Manager USA, based out of New York City. He led the business through rapid growth and transformation before tackling the challenges brought forward by the dot-com collapse and 9/11. In 2002, he left the corporate world to start ORCHANGO.
Edmond, who is the creator of the ORCHANGO Method™, oversees the development of our intellectual property. He also led the design of The STEP UP!™ Game - our competitive simulation ("serious game") to learn nimble change leadership for the next normal.

Pascal started working with ORCHANGO in 2003. As Principal of our firm, he provided master guidance to our program delivery team; facilitated learning programs; acted as "Chief Learners Advocate"; and took a lead role on challenging client assignments. He now provides advice to our co-founders while managing his own learning business (Elliot Jaxx).
Always energized by new challenges, Pascal was the very first ORCHANGO consultant to go to Saudi Arabia for the Islamic Development Bank Group (IDBG): he delivered our flagship learning program on nimble change leadership to a group of change agents working on the bank's SAP implementation. IDBG was so impressed with Pascal and the ORCHANGO Method™ that they reached out to our firm again a couple of years later while embarking on a group-wide strategic transformation. For over a year, Pascal and Edmond traveled back and forth between Canada and Saudi Arabia. Their mandate was to advise the bank on all the change management aspects of its ambitious Vision 1440H (2020G) Reform; and drive the strategic evolution of IDBG's institutional culture. You can find out more about this project by reading the related Impact Story; or by looking at some pictures Pascal & Edmond took in Jeddah.
Psychometric tests say Pascal is an ambivert, i.e. a person who is intermediate between an extrovert and an introvert. It's true. Pascal is as cool, calm and collected as they come. Yet, when it comes to leading a workshop he is a dynamic force to be reckoned with, both in French and English. He is extremely focused and, some say, a bit obsessive. As an example of this, when the team is meeting to talk about the design of a client's workshop, when most agree on an idea, he is known to say: "It's a good idea. Now what would be an even better idea?" Detailed oriented doesn't even begin to describe how Pascal works. Having delivered workshops in 14 different countries, his finger is always on the pulse of what's trending around the world.
Pascal, who is fully bilingual French English, started in the learning business while working at Mosaic Sales Solutions in the mid-90's - as director.
He loves making his son giggle to his own rendition of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, dancing in the dining room of their Montreal home, and crossing things off his bucket list.
